    摘要:

    区别于应用型高校的技术应用导向,研究型大学产教融合的核心在于创新导向与战略指引。为突破现有宏观学院设计在组织成本与学生积极性上的问题,本文聚焦于微观组织层面,以重庆大学“科技社团”为例,探究科技社团这一组织形式创新在宏观设计与学生微观成长方面的衔接作用。结果发现:科技社团是研究型大学链接宏观顶层设计与学生微观基础的重要组织创新,其通过“三融入三跨界三协同”的路径,实现了建设育人阵地,拓宽学生眼界;扎实育人路径,加强能力建设;创新育人机制,推动场景融入,其主要通过组织介入、激发动力、场景渗透三大机制以实现“宏”“微”衔接。科技社团人才培养模式取得了丰富的实践成果,是研究型大学产教融合的生动实践与典型案例,为构建一个能够有效衔接宏观顶层设计与学生微观成长的产教融合新路径,提供了宝贵的实践参考与路径借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Distinct from the technology-application orientation of application-oriented universities, the core of industry-education integration in research universities lies in innovation orientation and strategic guidance. To address the issues regarding organizational costs and student motivation in existing macro-institutional designs, this study focuses on the micro-organizational level, taking the "Science and Technology Association" at Chongqing University as a case to explore the bridging function of this organizational innovation between macro-design and student micro-growth. The results indicate that the "Science and Technology Association" serves as a vital organizational innovation linking macro-level top-down design with the micro-level student foundation in research universities. Through the "Three Integrations, Three Crossovers, and Three Collaborations" pathway, it constructs educational platforms to broaden students' horizons, solidifies cultivation paths to enhance capacity building, and innovates cooperative mechanisms to promote scenario integration, primarily achieving the "Macro-Micro" connection through three mechanisms: organizational intervention, motivation stimulation, and scenario penetration. The "Science and Technology Association" talent training model has yielded substantial practical achievements and serves as a vivid practice and typical case of industry-education integration in research universities, providing valuable practical references and path insights for constructing a new pathway that effectively bridges macro-level top-down design with micro-level student development.
