    摘要:面对建筑产业结构调整、智能建造与绿色低碳加速推进以及高校生源结构多样化的外部环境,《土木工程概论》作为土木工程专业导引与认知核心课程,亟需从知识罗列转向“经验-理解-行动”的学习闭环。本文系统梳理课程现状与痛点,提出以学生真实学习体验为核心的“一核-三链-五法”课程改革理念,并从内容链、实践链、产学研链三个维度重构课程。融合翻转课堂、项目化学习、BIM/VR情境化教学等多元教学方法,构建认知、仿真和真实项目的三级实践体系,基于过程和终结双元评价机制测评教学成效。结果表明,课程改革对接新工科建设与行业转型需求,学生的课堂参与度和学习满意度明显提高,学习挫败感下降,专业认同与学习动机得以重塑,为后续课程与职业发展奠定了扎实的起点质量。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: In response to the challenges posed by industrial restructuring, the advancement of intelligent construction and green low-carbon development, as well as the diversification of student backgrounds, the Introduction to Civil Engineering course needed to shift from knowledge enumeration to a learning closed-loop of experience-understanding-action. Focusing on students' authentic learning experience, this study proposed a “One Core-Three Chains-Five Methods” framework for course reform, restructuring the content chain, practice chain, and industry-university-research chain. By integrating methods such as flipped classroom, project-based learning, and BIM/VR contextualized teaching, a three-level practice system of “cognition-simulation-reality” was constructed, and a dual evaluation mechanism combining process and summative assessment was implemented. The results show that the reform effectively enhances students' classroom participation and learning satisfaction, reduces learning frustration, and strengthens professional identity and learning motivation, laying a solid foundation for subsequent course learning and career development.
