    摘要:

    在新质生产力加快发展的进程中,产教融合创新生态系统势必发生系统性变革与重塑,具备突破旧生态平衡的协同演化动能,将成为系统保持创新势能、实现可持续发展的关键。研究基于复杂系统科学的理论视角,将产教融合创新生态系统协同演化抽炼为“微观多样竞合”“中观耦合共生”“宏观协同发展”,明确各层次子系统产教多元主体聚集为协同演化共同体、子系统结构性互嵌形成协同演化网络的内在机理。提出推动三螺旋向多螺旋跃迁,激励多样化产教主体发展;增强主体适应性,促进协同演化主体反应与行为生成;创新产教融合型组织形态,拓展系统协同演化引致路径;建立教育体系与产业体系协同发展监测评价机制,保障系统可持续协同演化等现实路径。

    Abstract:

    In the process of accelerating the development of new quality productive forces, the innovation ecosystem of industry-education integration will undergo changes. The ability of co-evolution is the key to achieving sustainable development of the system. The research is based on the perspective of complex systems science, decompose the co-evolution of the industry-education integration innovation ecosystem into micro, medium and macro levels to clarify its internal mechanism. Based on the above research, propose an implementation path for co-evolution. Including promoting the development of the triple helix to the multi helix, promoting the participation and development of diverse entities; enhance the adaptability of innovative entities and promote the generation of collaborative evolutionary behavior; innovate the integrated organizational form of industry and education, expand the path of system co-evolution; establish an evaluation mechanism for the coordinated development of the education system and the industrial system to ensure the sustainable evolution of the system.
