Abstract:In the context of the intelligent transformation of civil engineering and the urgent demand of national strategies for the comprehensive literacy of high-level talents, ideological and political education in postgraduate courses urgently needs to break through systematic bottlenecks such as inadequate responsibility coordination, superficial integration, and simplistic evaluation. To develop a systematic implementation and evaluation scheme of ideological and political education for postgraduate students in Civil Intelligent Construction, this study, grounded in the theories of deep teaching, full-cycle education, and educational evaluation, innovatively designs a three-dimensional collaborative pathway covering teaching, practice, and evaluation: through the dual-teacher classroom collaboration mechanism and theory-practice-reflection teaching modules, relying on the mega-project case library to promote the in-depth endogenous integration of ideological and political elements; by focusing on the four stages of enrollment, scientific research, thesis writing, and career development to design thematic and scenario-based practical activities, so as to realize the step-by-step infiltration and enhancement of values; and by constructing a three-dimensional evaluation index system covering process, effectiveness, and development, and integrating multiple evaluation methods and the PDCA dynamic improvement cycle to form a sustainably optimizable quality assurance closed-loop. This scheme provides an operable systematic pathway for solving the long-standing problem of "disconnection" between ideological and political education and professional knowledge education in engineering majors, and helps cultivate high-level civil engineering talents in the new era who possess proficient professional skills, profound patriotic feelings, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
