    摘要:

    在卓越工程师培养过程中,传统的人才培养模式面临着与产业需求脱节、学生创新能力不足等问题。本文从产教融合的视角出发,探讨了通过学科竞赛驱动的创新培养模式在工程管理专业卓越工程师培养中的应用。系统阐述了学科竞赛对教学改革和激发学生创新潜能方面的促进作用,并以此构建了以学科竞赛为核心的卓越工程师培养模式。通过实证分析验证了该模式在提升学生创新能力、技术融合能力和实践能力方面的有效性,为工程管理专业的教育教学改革提供了可行的理论框架与实践依据。

    Abstract:

    In the process of cultivating excellent engineers, traditional talent development models face challenges such as disconnection from industrial demands and insufficient innovation capability among students. From the perspective of industry-education integration, this paper explores the application of an innovation-driven training model propelled by disciplinary competitions in the cultivation of outstanding engineers within the engineering management discipline. The study systematically elaborates the promoting role of disciplinary competitions in advancing teaching reforms and stimulating students’ innovative potential, based on which a competition-centered excellence-oriented engineer training model is constructed. Through empirical analysis, the effectiveness of this model in enhancing students’ innovation capability, technical integration capacity, and practical competence is validated, thereby providing a feasible theoretical framework and practical basis for educational reforms in engineering management programs.
