    随着建筑行业进入深度变革期,建筑类学生对专业认同感明显降低,特别表现在学生内生学习动机不足等系统性挑战,因此游戏化设计思维被系统融入人才培养体系,并以《韧性城市与城市综合防灾》课程为载体开展教学改革实践。通过构建以任务情境化、激励机制显性化、反馈即时化为核心的教学框架,提出“目标—机制—技术”三层实施路径。依托“城市韧性规划师成长之旅”叙事主线,设计模块化任务与异质分组协作机制,并融合VR/AR、GIS等数字化游戏化平台,推动学生从知识接收者向问题解决者转变。实践表明,该游戏化教学模式有效激发了学生的内在学习动机,提升了其在系统思维、跨学科整合、团队协作与创新实践等方面的综合能力,为建筑类学生的教育转型提供了可借鉴的范式。

    Abstract:

    As the construction industry enters a period of profound transformation, architecture students’ sense of professional identity has significantly declined, manifesting in systemic challenges such as a lack of intrinsic learning motivation. Consequently, gamification design thinking has been systematically integrated into the talent cultivation system, with the course Resilient Cities and Urban Comprehensive Disaster Prevention serving as the platform for pedagogical reform. By constructing a teaching framework centered on task contextualization, explicit incentive mechanisms, and instantaneous feedback, this study proposes a three-tier implementation path consisting of "Goal, Mechanism, and Technology." Relying on the narrative thread of the "Growth Journey of a Resilient City Planner," the reform designs modular tasks and heterogeneous collaboration mechanisms while integrating digital gamification platforms such as VR/AR and GIS. This approach facilitates the transformation of students from passive knowledge recipients into active problem solvers. Practice demonstrates that this gamified teaching model effectively stimulates students' intrinsic motivation and enhances their comprehensive abilities in systems thinking, interdisciplinary integration, teamwork, and innovative practice, providing a replicable paradigm for the educational transformation of architecture-related disciplines.
