    摘要:

    面对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,高水平创新型人才成为建设科技强国的核心战略资源。高等教育作为科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的关键结合点[1],肩负着培养国家战略人才力量的历史使命。要实现大学生创新实践能力的有效提升,必须深刻领会科技强国理念的内涵本质,准确把握科技强国战略对高等教育人才培养的深层次要求,充分考虑大学生创新实践能力形成的阶段性规律与“个体-院校-社会”三重影响因素。该研究系统探讨在科技强国理念指引下提升大学生创新实践能力的理论逻辑与实践方法,基于武汉理工大学材料科学与工程国际化示范学院的实践探索,提出“基于跨学科项目式学习,以国际融合拓展视野、以产教融合锚定方向、以多元评价激发源泉”的实践路径,以期为深化高等工程教育改革、实现人才自主培养质量提升提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    In the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, high-level innovative talents have become the core strategic resources for building a scientific and technological power. As the key combination of the first productivity of science and technology, the first resource of talents and the first driving force of innovation, [ 1 ] higher education shoulders the historical mission of cultivating national strategic talents. In order to realize the effective improvement of college students ' innovative practical ability, we must deeply understand the connotation and essence of the concept of strengthening the country through science and technology, accurately grasp the deep-seated requirements of the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology for the cultivation of higher education talents, and fully consider the stage law of the formation of college students ' innovative practical ability and the three influencing factors of ' individual-college-society '. This study systematically discusses the theoretical logic and practical methods of improving college students ' innovative and practical ability under the guidance of the concept of scientific and technological power. Based on the practical exploration of the Internationalization Demonstration College of Materials Science and Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology, this paper puts forward the practical path of ' based on interdisciplinary project-based learning, expanding the vision with international integration, anchoring the direction with the integration of production and education, and stimulating the source with multiple evaluations ', in order to provide theoretical reference for deepening the reform of higher engineering education and improving the quality of independent training of talents.
