    摘要:

    文章在系统阐述教学质量监控的内涵与教学质量监控体系设计原则的基础上,对重庆大学在教学质量监控与评价体系进行了分析与探讨。分析表明:其一,在改革中不断完善教学过程管理的各项监控手段,构建过程与结果并重的教学质量监控与评价体系,是提高教学质量的基础。其二,形成以教学工作指挥、决策系统为中心,由信息采集与分析系统、质量评估系统、信息反馈和调控系统相辅相成的教学质量监控与评价体系,是促进高校教学质量提高和教学秩序稳定的关键。

    Abstract:

    The definition of teaching quality supervision and the design principle of teaching quality supervision system are proposed. And the teaching quality supervision and evaluation system of Chongqing University are analyzed and discussed. The results indicate that : 1) Consummating the supervision measures in the process management and the teaching quality supervision and evaluation system considering both construction process and results are the basics of enhancing teaching quality; 2) it is the key to establish a teaching quality supervision and evaluation system with a core of teaching superintending and decision-making, which includes information collection, system and quality evaluation analysis, information feedback, and controlling system.
