In the time of ‘Regression of engineering education’ of the international higher engineering education, we take a lead in setting up the cross-discipline graduation project team. The team is based on the pattern of architectural design institute, combining with our own characteristic and advantages. In this paper, some experience and achievements are introduced, which we have obtained through the practice and improvement over 5 years in the reform of the traditional architectural engineering education.
