Abstract:This paper reviews the development of in universities of our country and the change of policies in graduates’ job assignment. The author assumes that the primary problem of present professions development program laid in the extended major module settings. What’s more, the present major modules divorces from the nauture of the institutions where the professionals are assigned the work. As a result, professionals’ knowledge and practical abilities weaken and the quality of professionals’ developments is influenced. Based on the present situation and the change of policies in graduates’ job assignment, this paper puts forward the dynamic setting mode in major modules, which is oriented by both the need of society and graduates’ work, to innovate the professionals’ development program.
