These years, Chinese high education pays attention to the practical teaching. Based on the development requirements of Chinese high education and urban planning specialty, the paper tries to making the optimization study of practical teaching structure, content and measure. It proposes the “Plate Type” system which is compact, implies the interact of the theory and practice, perfects the education content coherent, current, theory and innovation, and makes more practical teaching measures, such as imitation.
