The method of evaluation on the internet has been wildly used by colleges in China because it is convenient, timely and democratic. But something like ideological awareness，evaluation index and organization forms influence and formalize the evaluation on the internet. That affects the reliability and validity of evaluation. This thesis first analyzes the existed problems of the evaluation on the internet from the view of evaluators and the opposite, and then finds out some solutions and strategies to solve these problems and better evaluation on internet by college students.
