To promote ideological and political education theme network in colleges and universities, we analyzed problems such as resource decentralization and resource wasting in network construction. We proposed four aspects, which should be focused in the process of ideological and political education network construction, including orientation and timeliness of content, subjectivity and permeability of structure, practicality and convenience of use, and vitality, open and interaction of form. We thought that integrating resources in construction should has effective measures such as unified planning and rational distribution, setting rules and strengthening management, cooperating and making use of advantages.
