The specialty experiment platform is one of main hardware to cultivate engineering talents. The Faculty of Construction, Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) developed the specialty experiment platform in new position in order to adapt the demands of university course teaching assessment. The development thought and principle of building environment and equipment engineering specialty experiment platform are introduced in the paper. Furthermore, it is also present for the content of experiment platform, corresponding teaching materials, outlines, experiments instructor and examination.
