Abstract:At present, scientific research and published papers are deterministic factors instead of teaching effect to evaluate teachers in universities. Therefore, teachers devote most of their efforts on the two aspects. Meanwhile, the credit hour of major courses for undergraduates is reduced in colleges and universities, which has a negative impact on the teaching effect. To improve the teaching quality in universities, we proposed new approaches including following teaching laws, improving supervision mechanism, and strengthening computeraided instruction. Teaching should focus on basis and concept, seizing the mainline, and giving attention to cultivating selfconfidence and ability.
