Presently, to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth, P. R. China increases input in livelihood projects, infrastructure and ecological environment construction, and postdisaster reconstruction. It needs many professional person specialized in engineering management, which proposed requests and tasks for teachers in universities and colleges of training highlevel engineering management majors to adapt to the social development. Therefore, we should reform on the training mode and teaching methods.
