Abstract:Since the engineering management specialty was established in the promulgated Ordinary College Undergraduate Specialty Directory, it was set up in more and more universities and became a popular specialty. Nowadays, there are many problems in its talenttraining system including that excessive universities and colleges have set up the specialty both in types and quantities, training systems are various, talenttraining quality is different, and the discipline construction is slow. To solve the problems, we explored and discussed about the talenttraining goal, the knowledge system, the discipline construction, and the specialty construction.
