We investigated and analyzed the business situation and student source of project cost specialty in higher vocational schools. Based on the basic meaning of talenttraining mode and professional requirements of project cost specialty, we presented a twolevel occupation training goal, and constructed a corresponding talenttraining mode including six structural learning and working packages to achieve the training goal by a spiral progression.
