Abstract:Through investigation and analysis, the paper points out that the graduate students of civil engineering obtain their employment mainly in the construction enterprise, so it’s clear that working at the technology post and management post of the construction enterprise should be civil engineering students. According to this, the paper analyzes that there is series course weakness in the current civil engineering talent cultivation plan such as paying too much attention to cultivating design and research ability, less attention to the construction course, etc. The paper constructs a new“4+4” teaching module which consists of theory teaching (basis, structure, construction, expand) and practice teaching (experiments, design, practice, treatise) pertinently. It proposes some specific ideas and measures such as “doublemeaning” teachers training, strengthening teaching reform of construction courses and the systematic reform of production practice, etc. It provides reference for local colleges and universities in civil engineering specialty talents training mode reform.
