Digitizing the archives is a basic project of information construction in universities and colleges, and developing file information resources for the use of teaching, research and management is the fundamental work of archives in universities and colleges. Under the current highly developed information transmission situation, the society and individuals have higher requirements on the file recall rate and precision rate. The traditional file management mode can not meet the requirements. To meet the needs and save paper files for a long term, it is urgent to digitize the archives. In this paper, we discussed on the digital archives management in universities and colleges.
