    摘要:

    为培养学生的工程意识与实践能力,造就了一支“双师型”的师资队伍,建设了工程项目平台、教学基地平台、学生顶岗实习平台、科技竞赛平台等四个培养平台,初步实现了“第一课堂”与“第二课堂”的有机融合、校内外教学资源的有机融合、思政工作与教学工作的有机融合,并在建筑工程学院的4个本科专业中进行了多年实践,学生能力与用人单位满意率、学生就业质量与就业率显著提高。

    Abstract:

    To train students’ engineering consciousness and practice ability, a team of double qualified teachers was built and four training platforms for the project, the teaching base, students’ post practice, and technological design contests were built. Amalgamation of the first class and the second class, the inside and outside teaching resource, and ideological and political work and teaching work were basically actualized. Years of practice in 4 undergraduate specialties of School of Architectural Engineering, Shandong University of Technology, proved that students’ abilities, the satisfaction of employers, quality of employment, and the employment rate increased.
