With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for high quality engineering and technical personnel with innovative ability is getting greater and greater, the research group put forward a new practical teaching system for the civil engineering students based on “outstanding engineers training plan”: building a multi-level platform of structure innovation contest for cultivating innovation ability of students, constructing training base inside school and in the enterprise for training students, launching a new way for graduation design according to the design institute working process.
