Construction of college counselors research team is significant for enhancing the overall research capability and promoting the counstruction of specialized counselors. the concept and characteristics of college counselors research team were presented, the necessity and practical issues of the construction were analyzed, and the practical path to construct the research team of college counselors was proposed.
