    摘要:

    为了适应时代发展,更好地培养土木工程专业复合型应用人才,在调查研究的基础上,总结了目前土木工程专业人才培养中的问题,重点分析了传统本科生导师制存在的不足之处,并结合土木工程专业人才培养的特点,提出了改革措施,并在岩土与地下工程专业方向进行了实践。实践证明,实行本科生导师制,能因材施教,引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观,培养高素质、能力强的土木工程专业复合型人才。

    Abstract:

    In order to adapt to the development of the times and better cultivate civil engineering professional compound talents, on the basis of investigation and study, this paper summarized the plight of talent training in civil engineering, and laid special stress on analyzing the deficiencies of traditional undergraduate tutorial system. Combining with the characteristics of civil engineering talents training, reform and improvement measures were put forward, and had been carried out in the major of geotechnical and underground engineering. Practice proved that, the implementation of undergraduate tutor system could individualize and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, values and world, which can help to train civil engineering professional compound talents of high-quality and strong ability.
