The practical process is an important way to cultivate the practical ability of full-time engineering master. Since 2009, H University has expanded the recruitment of full-time masters of engineering and continuously explored the organizational mode of full-time engineering master practice. Through interviews and questionnaire surveys, the practical experience of H University was summarized. The paper first summarized the typical characteristics of the organizational mode of practice in H University, then analyzed the implementation of the organizational mode, and finally summarized the advantages and problems of the mode, in order to provide useful reference for other training units.
