When Fumiko Hayashi was in Nanking, she wrote a book that described the occupancy of Nanking named ‘The journey of destiny’. In this paper, the author will take ‘The journey of destiny’ as an example to analyze the China’s image in Japanese literature and Japanese authoress’s view of war during Japan’s aggression against China.
