Abstract:
Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept marks that China’s national security is becoming more and more mature and perfect. The overall national security concept highlights the theoretical character of the modernization of national governance, is to deepen the comprehensive deepening of reform ideas and practice in the field of national security, most clearly reflects the change characteristics of four aspects namely: way of thinking embodies the dialectical thinking; value idea is more prominently based on the people; the framework model pays more attention to sharing weal and woe; method of path is more concern about the requirements of the times. The overall national security concept, as the theoretical innovation of the national security, not only relates to the national security of China and the revitalization of the nation, but also has great and far-reaching influence on promoting world peace and development.

Abstract:
The differentiation integration of product and service in supply chain must evolve into innovation-modes of product and service supply chain.In view of the differentiation of integration characteristic of product and service,this paper establishes classification figure of product and service supply chain modes based on the differentiation integration of product and service.Considering the differentiation integration of product and service having significant impact on product and service supply chain,this paper puts forward four kinds of typical modes,which are interactive type of PSSC,derivative type of PSSC,assistant type of PSSC and loose type of PSSC.The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristic of each supply chain modes with actual cases,develops the analysis of the applicable for each supply chain modes,establishes the cooperation relationships conformed to internal relations between supply chain enterprises,and proposes the development countermeasures when enterprises implement the product and service supply chain.

Abstract:
With the development of reform and openingup and the entry into WTO, foreign direct investment has already become the important strength of promoting the economic growth of China. Sichuan Province is located in west and inner of China, which should use FDI to promote the industrial upgrading ,then boost the economic growth. Using the data from 1990 to 2007 of Sichuan, the researchers get a conclusion that FDI has certain positive influence on promoting the economic growth, foreign trade and industrial upgrading of Sichuan, but the effort if not remarkable. Finally, the necessary policies of how to absorb foreign capitals and raise foreign investments quality to promote Sichuan economy are suggested.

Abstract:
Strengthening carbon emission supervision is an important guarantee for realizing the government's strategic policy of "establishing an economic system with green and low-carbon recycling development". As the main factor of destroying the environment, enterprises bear the responsibility of carbon emission reduction and social supervision. Under the government's control, enterprises participate in carbon emission reduction passively, but smuggling and over-discharge have occurred from time to time. This article analyzes the relevant factors affecting corporate carbon emissions in response to government carbon emissions regulatory issues. From the perspective of third-party supervision, under the consideration of the government, enterprises and third-party supervision subjects, the evolutionary game model of government and enterprises in carbon emission regulation is established. Under the participation of the third-party supervisory body, the limited dynamic strategy choice among the government and the enterprise as well as the evolution trend of the strategic choices of the two parties under different parameters are studied, and the results are simulated by Matlab software. The results show that third-party supervision plays a significant role in the government and enterprise carbon emissions process, and can directly influence the decision-making choices of the government and enterprises. Therefore, strengthening the supervision of third parties can improve the efficiency of government supervision, ease the pressure of government supervision, reduce the cost of government supervision, and urge enterprises to comply with the emission of carbon dioxide. However, the oversight of the third party has weakened the effectiveness of government regulation. Finally, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the government to introduce third-party supervisory bodies more effectively.

In order to protect the wetland resources, the government designated many wetlands nature reserves, forbidding farmers to exploit and utilize them. This treatise proposes an effective means of resolving the externalized problem of establishment of wetlands nature reserves——ecocompensation from the angle of externality theory. Take Tianjin Qilihai wetland as an example, the paper analyzes the externalities to local peasants associating with the establishment of wetlands nature reserves at first. The negative effects included: limiting their survival rights, development rights and environmental rights, more importantly the psychological impact on the local residents. That was to say the establishment of wetlands nature reserves did harm to the vital interests and rights of local farmers to some extent. And then the paper clearly expounds that the city country government, surrounding areas, and local enterprises and institutions that benefits from the reserves should become the local subject of ecocompensation. Finally, the value of the wetland is monetized and then the compensation standard is fixed based on the value.

In this paper, we have discussed the implementation of executive compensation defects which was generated by BS model on the reloading time and expiration date, and the idea that the geometric mean of stock price in period of validity as a stock option’s settlement price was proposed to solve the executive compensation defects, and the geometric Asianreload stock option pricing model was settled. An actuarial method is proposed in view of evaluating actual losses and corresponding probability distribution to quantitatively cheek the price composition of the geometric Asianreload stock option, thus developing an option pricing model to deduce further the formula under the hypothesis of underlying asset price driven by fractional Brownian motion. This article also compares reload stock option with geometric Asianreload stock option in the manager's role by numerical simulation.

Abstract:
Humanities and social sciences originated from the rise of the modern nation-state, and the interpretation and criticism of modernity have always constituted its classical tradition, but at the same time, the pervasive penetration of modernity has also exposed the development of humanities and social sciences to the danger of alienation. As an overcoming and surpassing of the modernity of modern social sciences, new liberal arts is a new form of liberal arts knowledge production and reproduction in the post-industrial era based on highly integrated, informatized and digitized knowledge. It takes cross-cutting frontier, strategic needs, modern technology and regional advantages as its driving force, and the construction of majors and curriculum systems, the construction of interdisciplinary faculty, the establishment of teaching and research evaluation standards and the formation of operation modes as its four core elements. In the specific construction practice, exploring domestic and foreign interdisciplinary joint degree training, establishing a modern academy system based on multidisciplinary clusters, promoting the construction of "new liberal arts laboratories" and practicing "traditional liberal arts +" can become four models for universities to explore the construction of new liberal arts.
