Abstract:
With the development of reform and openingup and the entry into WTO, foreign direct investment has already become the important strength of promoting the economic growth of China. Sichuan Province is located in west and inner of China, which should use FDI to promote the industrial upgrading ,then boost the economic growth. Using the data from 1990 to 2007 of Sichuan, the researchers get a conclusion that FDI has certain positive influence on promoting the economic growth, foreign trade and industrial upgrading of Sichuan, but the effort if not remarkable. Finally, the necessary policies of how to absorb foreign capitals and raise foreign investments quality to promote Sichuan economy are suggested.

Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept marks that China’s national security is becoming more and more mature and perfect. The overall national security concept highlights the theoretical character of the modernization of national governance, is to deepen the comprehensive deepening of reform ideas and practice in the field of national security, most clearly reflects the change characteristics of four aspects namely: way of thinking embodies the dialectical thinking; value idea is more prominently based on the people; the framework model pays more attention to sharing weal and woe; method of path is more concern about the requirements of the times. The overall national security concept, as the theoretical innovation of the national security, not only relates to the national security of China and the revitalization of the nation, but also has great and far-reaching influence on promoting world peace and development.

In this paper, we have discussed the implementation of executive compensation defects which was generated by BS model on the reloading time and expiration date, and the idea that the geometric mean of stock price in period of validity as a stock option’s settlement price was proposed to solve the executive compensation defects, and the geometric Asianreload stock option pricing model was settled. An actuarial method is proposed in view of evaluating actual losses and corresponding probability distribution to quantitatively cheek the price composition of the geometric Asianreload stock option, thus developing an option pricing model to deduce further the formula under the hypothesis of underlying asset price driven by fractional Brownian motion. This article also compares reload stock option with geometric Asianreload stock option in the manager's role by numerical simulation.

In order to protect the wetland resources, the government designated many wetlands nature reserves, forbidding farmers to exploit and utilize them. This treatise proposes an effective means of resolving the externalized problem of establishment of wetlands nature reserves——ecocompensation from the angle of externality theory. Take Tianjin Qilihai wetland as an example, the paper analyzes the externalities to local peasants associating with the establishment of wetlands nature reserves at first. The negative effects included: limiting their survival rights, development rights and environmental rights, more importantly the psychological impact on the local residents. That was to say the establishment of wetlands nature reserves did harm to the vital interests and rights of local farmers to some extent. And then the paper clearly expounds that the city country government, surrounding areas, and local enterprises and institutions that benefits from the reserves should become the local subject of ecocompensation. Finally, the value of the wetland is monetized and then the compensation standard is fixed based on the value.

Headquarters can promote economic development in Chongqing towards internationalization, globalization, the Chinese at the same time to create the West Delta economic circle of growth of this new power. In this paper, the authors analyze the connotation of the economic characteristics of the headquarters, the functions and role of the headquarters in economic development of modern city, and analyze the development of the headquarters of Chongqing’s economic conditions and advantages, and then, propose measures to develop Chongqing’s economy headquarters and lead “West Triangle ”Preliminary economic circle.

Abstract:
The past papers assuming consumer income to be evenly distributed use duopoly model for analyzing the impact on the social welfare caused by price ceiling. Changing this assumption and assuming the income distribution is a rightly skew one. It is explored in this paper whether the price ceiling can expand the market coverage and increase the social welfare or not. It is found that price ceiling can expand the market coverage, however, consumer surplus and the whole social welfare may be reduced and give rise to welfare loss. The more significant the price ceiling, the greater the loss is. Improving the income standard can not only expand the market coverage but also increase consumer surplus and social welfare.

The authors adopt the method of literature and logic analysis,start with the status quo and trend of the development of sports both in domestic and overseas area, objectively analyzes the status quo and problems of entertainment sports, accordingly bring the measures and incorporates the entertainment sports into the goal of enhancing the quality of people’s life.
