Abstract:In the context of 30 years of reform and opening-up, Chongqing has shouldered three times of being a forerunner in critical period of propelling reform in China The practice of Chongqing’s reform and opening-up, was not only the driving force of dramatic changes in the economy and society of the city, but also a typical example of reform and opening-up in the country It reflected the brilliant yet uneven path that Socialism with Chinese characteristics had gone through In the early 1980s when China launched the city economic system integrated reform, Chongqing was first specially designated as City in the state plan and started the trial of urban economic system integrated reform In the middle 1990s when China conducted the coordinated development of region, Chongqing, as the only municipality in the western and central part of China, once again took the initial responsibility of enhancing regional coordinated development While in the early 21st century when China comprehensively implemented the outlook on scientific development, Chongqing became the only provincial national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area approved by the central government and undertook the historical mission of seeking the path for coordinating urban and rural The fact that Chongqing’s contribution to China’s reform and opening-up demonstrated the forging-ahead significance of sensibly reviewing and summarizing Chongqing’s lessons and experiences of being a forerunner

Abstract:Under the environment where China is devoting to construct a harmonious society, the relationship of labor and payment between corporate and employees is increasingly becoming an important factor to affect the construction of harmony of society We revise production function model to analyze the harmonious relationship among corporate, employees, and society by using panel data, and the relative data from listed firm in China We found that 1) the primary revenue of corporate is positive with total incomes, paid incomes of employees, but negative with their unpaid incomes, which showed that relationship impaired their passions; 2) total payments are not relative with net profit rate, but the paid incomes are positive with it, and the unpaid incomes are negative with it; 3) they all don’t relate with the primary revenue of corporate; 4) none of them relate with the net profit rising rate, too In order to establish the harmonious association between the corporate and employees, we should match the payment, corporate value and their adding rates to constitute a perfect basement of harmonious society

Abstract:By analyzing the response data set of 170 tertiary level students on the old version CET6 test form, we demonstrated how multivariate generalizability theory can be employed in the evaluation of reliability coefficient for a language test form with a complex structure. The result shows that for the given group of students and the population it represents, the objective section of the test as whole has a generalizability coefficient of 0.921 and an independence index of 0.907, but the three sections vary greatly in terms of reliability coefficient, with Listening Comprehension having an of 0.769 and a of 0.744, Reading Comprehension an of 0.551 and a of 0.503, and Vocabulary and Straucture an of 0.802 and a of 0.782. Further probe reveals that of the 70 items, 23 are inconsistent with their relevant sections, 6 being inconsistent with Listening Comprehension, 10 with Reading Comprehension, and 7 with Vocabulary and Structure. If the response to the inconsistent items does not count, both the overall reliability coefficient and the reliability coefficient for each section significantly improve. The coefficient for the total score rises to 0.937, and that for Listening to 0.831, for Reading 0.773 and for Vocabulary and Structure 0.859. On the basis of the analysis, 5 suggestions have been proposed for language testers in China.
