Abstract:As the important oil consuming and importing countries, it is essential for China and Japan to get stable oil importing resources. However, the oil resource and oil security strategies of these two countries are very similar. The best choice for them to gain abundant oil resources is from Russia, which is located nearby. Based on the relativity analysis and the game theory analysis, the authors point out that it is not a static zerosum game between China and Japan on oil import trade, but a dynamic and constantly changing game progress, The relative policy suggestions is also given in this paper.

      Abstract (2258) HTML (0) PDF 1.35 M (1172) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In recent months, the world oil market has shown an abnormal behavior as compared with past few years, with the most relevant feature of unpredicted prices. We primarily aim to design stockpile policy to deal with oil insecurity issue that do exist and will likely intensify in the future. We concentrate on the demand side on the ground of our observation of its significant impacts on oil price, develop a stochastic multiperiod model and employ the recursive method to look for the optimal path of stockpile size indicated by the optimized dynamics of acquisition. We, with the objective of minimizing potential oil insecurity costs over a long time, figure out that the optimal stockpile policy is that the acquisition rate is 3.25 million barrels per day in the initial year, rises and reaches the peak 8.73 million barrels per day later and then declines gradually.

      Abstract (2520) HTML (0) PDF 1.63 M (1084) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The arrangement of the exchange rate system has a major impact on a country’s economic development. By comparing the development processes of the exchange rate between Japan and China, the authors find out that there are similarities between them. The change of exchange rates are resulted from the combined effect of the driving force which comes from their domestic economic and social development and international economic and political pressure. Studies clarifies that arrangement of a country’s exchange rate regime should be a manifestation of their will; changes in the RMB exchange rate under the new situation should be based on current national conditions. China should take smooth and cautious approach to avoid to repeat the negative impact of Japanese economy and society caused by the sharp appreciation of the yen, and ensure the China’s stable and rapid economic development under financial crisis.

      Abstract (3914) HTML (0) PDF 1013.49 K (1157) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The past papers assuming consumer income to be evenly distributed use duopoly model for analyzing the impact on the social welfare caused by price ceiling. Changing this assumption and assuming the income distribution is a rightly skew one. It is explored in this paper whether the price ceiling can expand the market coverage and increase the social welfare or not. It is found that price ceiling can expand the market coverage, however, consumer surplus and the whole social welfare may be reduced and give rise to welfare loss. The more significant the price ceiling, the greater the loss is. Improving the income standard can not only expand the market coverage but also increase consumer surplus and social welfare.

Abstract:The effective implementation of reverse logistics affects directly the development of the circular economy, which is an effective means of developing the circular economy. Based on the reverse logistics system structure, the authors build a takingback value chain model, which is composed by disposers and customers. Then, they setup the profit function of the takingback chain by the dominant disposers and solve it in virtue of Stackelberg theory. At last, they find out the cooperation section between the disposer and the reclaimer by Lagrange theorem, and obtain the distribution scheme of the takingback value chain.

      Abstract (2748) HTML (0) PDF 1.13 M (1066) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The Segmented Labor Market (SLM) approach is typically identified with a group of economists who stand against the neoclassical approach and can be traced back to the works of John S. Mill. The institutions, not the demand itself, are emphasized as the principal role in the decision of wages. From then on, SLM approach, accompanied with neoclassical approach, keeps pace with times and Institutionalism School and NeoInstitutionalism School also concerned with the segmentation of labor markets. Due to the multiple dimensions of institutions and social stratification, SLM approach does not have a universal theoretical frame and contains many schools, such as dual labor markets theory, radical approach and job competition theory.

      Abstract (2480) HTML (0) PDF 979.00 K (1075) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:This paper, by constructing a CBRbased computational model, attempts to evaluate the validity of the Compensation Hypothesis, an SLA theory proposed by Professor Wang Chuming for the purpose of elucidating the cognitive mechanisms of Chinese learners of English. Instead of simulating the processes of phonological, lexical, semantic or syntactical acquisition, as is often done in first language acquisition research, the paper, based on the Compensation Hypothesis, examines the feasibility of modeling the cognitive mechanisms of bilingual contextual knowledge acquisition. This model holds that bilingual contextual knowledge can be best represented by the use of casebased reasoning, not rulebased reasoning. The architecture of the CBRbased model is detailed, related algorithm for the system proposed and a casebased corpus depicted. The computational model can account for some of the issues in SLA research, such as Chinglish, fossilization, etc. This methodology can also serve as an alternative research paradigm for SLA studies.

The purpose of the maintaining stability is not stability itself, but rather the protection of the fundamental interests of the teachters and students, so that the staff and students on campus can enjoy an enhanced sense of wellbeing. In understanding of maintaining stability, it should be recognized that security and stability in reality must be dynamic and balanced, rather than static and uneven. Concerning problemsolving methods, the notion it regards security and stability as process of constantly resolving conflicts, balancing various interests, and achieving campus harmony. It stresses lasting security and stability, rather than the “security and stability” under the cover of various problems. In terms of content of maintaining stability, it includes a full range of items. The realization of security and stability in harmonious campus demands constant emancipation of the mind, expansion of opening up, and further reform on higher education.
