Abstract:On the pectination of intensive use of land of Germany agriculture management, the article compared the difference of urban land use and agriculture land use with the structural analysis of land input-output as cutin point. As the article pointed, the expansion from agriculture land intensive use to urban land intensive use led to the differentiation use of intensive in meaning, which is against the rule of science term meaning consistency in study. The article made an indepth analysis of dilemmas in study and policy implication because of the generalization of goals in intensive study, and also put forward some items for further study.

Abstract:By reviewing the sustainable development process of the domestic and foreign representative city centers, this paper analyzes the basic path of sustainable development of the city centers, sums up the experience and implications for the construction and development of China’s city centers. The article stresses the harmony of population, resources, and environment, the coordination of social change and economic development, and the unity of the future development and historical heritage in the planning of the development of city centre.

Abstract:The popularity and development of electronic payment instruments changed people’s life, it challenges the traditional finance theory while. In this paper,we derive the monetary multiplier formula first,and then select the sample data of China’s payment instruments to set up an econometric model. We test the correlation of electronic payment instruments and monetary multiplier, find that electronic payment instruments expand monetary multiplier and accelerate the implementation of monetary multiplier. So the timeliness of the central bank’s monetary policy that controls the base money to control liquidity will be strengthen, we should estimate it adequately.

Abstract:The frequency of global or regional economic and social issues and international trade friction leads to the serious uncertainty in the settlement of foreign exchange and exchange risk in international trade, which requires companies in international trade more robust portfolio. This paper explores portfolio optimization in international trade, given the uncertainty of exchange risk, applies the worst case conditions for ValueatRisk (WCVaR) to measure the risks index, transforms the portfolio optimization in international trade into a portfolio selection problem of minmax form, builds portfolio optimization model in international trade, and gives the corresponding solution method. The empirical analysis uses the data of China’s foreign exchange market. The study is an expansion of the robust control theory in the field of risk control in international trade, and looks forward to helping companies to control and manage exchange risk in international trade more efficiently.

Abstract:The concentrate rate of telecom industry is strongly correlated with the scale of the market, and the regulation on the concentrate rate should consider the potential change of market demand. In order to deal with the decrease of ARPU value and shock of the world financial crisis, the industry policy of Chinese telecom should encourage multibusinesses development and build effectively competitive market structure through the police choice of asymmetric regulation.

Abstract:Entrepreneurship is a multifaceted phenomenon that cuts across many disciplinary boundaries. Each discipline has its unique way of viewing entrepreneurship and reaching its own points and results. We hold that entrepreneurship phenomenon is the nexus of entrepreneur, opportunities and resources. The two fundamental processes of entrepreneurship are discovery and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities and acquisition and combination of necessary resources. Entrepreneur is the agent to realize the two processes. Entrepreneur not only has his or her own characteristics as individual but also is embedded in social structures. We review past entrepreneurship research within the dimensions of individual, opportunity and resources. The purpose of this review is to delineate the skeleton of entrepreneurship research and reveal the main constructs in each research perspective.

Based on the earlier discussion on need difference across cultures, this article analyzes the reasons of the maladjustment and cultural influence on people’s needs. Meanwhile, it also discusses how the contentmotivation theory copes with this challenge.

Abstract:The paper tries to construct a standard research model for the growth of small and mediumsized technological enterprises under the angle of bionics. Using ecology theory to explain exterior growth characteristics of small and mediumsized technological enterprises, and using life cycle theory to explain its internal growth characteristic, this article constructs a growth mechanism model for small and mediumsized technological enterprises based on systems dynamics theory and method. The model demonstrates that a consummate growth mechanism should include external environment system feedback loop, own functional system feedback loop and correlation feedback loop between subsystems. Intriguing overlapping feedback loops builds up a growth functional net of small and mediumsized technological enterprises.

Abstract:Facing the fierce global competition, enterprises, staff with professional knowledge is the enterprise’s the sources core competitiveness. Increasing employees job satisfaction has a positive role to enterprise. Hackman and Oldham thought that the improvement of work can stirr up the incentive to every worker to a higher job satisfaction in 1975, but there are also researchers found that even the same work done by different workers, because of the difference of the personality traits of individual workers, will lead to different degree of satisfaction.Therefore, based on the topfive personality traits (Big Five) framework, this study proposes that individual personality differences will interfere the relationship between job charader and job satisfaction.After multiple regression analysis, the study finds that: (1) Education variables can significantly predict job satisfaction.The job satisfaction of graduate and postgraduate student workers is higher that of the college student workers and below. (2) The more the worker understand teh potential of incentives of the work, the higher the job satisfaction. (3) The higher the exoraversion personality of workers, the higher the job satisfaction. (4) The sense of responsibility would positively interfere with the relationship between the potencial incentives of the job and job satisfaction. The higher the scores of the potential incentives of the job, the higher the job satisfaction will come across to the workers with higher sense of responsibility.

Abstract:The innovative activities of entrepreneurs include 7 aspects: enterprise strategy, production management, management system, enterprise culture, information collecting, support seeking and innovation operation. General analyses found that, in the process of business management, innovative activities of entrepreneurs doesn’t appear quite a lot compare to the enterprise culture management process, and innovative activities are also few both in information collecting and support seeking. The result of sorting comparing shows that, entrepreneurs who are elder than 51 pay more attention to innovative activities about enterprise strategy than other different aged entrepreneurs; entrepreneurs between 41 to 50 focus on innovation operation more; entrepreneurs of private enterprises focus on innovative activities about management system more; innovative activities of entrepreneurs from hitech enterprise show much more than that of others; the less scale of the more enterprise, the entrepreneur innovative activities are extrusive.

Abstract:As journal evaluation becoming increasingly important, domestic journal evaluation study focused on the evaluation index, and often overlook evaluation toolscitations database. In fact, the choice of different citations database often gives disruptive impact on the evaluation results. Choosing the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index) and the Chinese Citation Database (Chinese Citation Database),two popular domestic citations database, as an evaluation tool library, making CSSCI LIS field of 14 kinds of source journals over the past 10 years as the research objects, the paper from published articles, cited volume, cited rate，h index， fully analyzed and compared with the impact of different Citation Databases on the evaluation outcomes. The paper uses correlation analysis to demonstrate the size of this effect, gets the conclusion that different citation database leads to the impact of important evaluation indexes greater than ordinary indexes. Based on the analysis the results, we put forward some relevant suggestions for improvement.

Abstract:Problems of commercialoriented, prejudice towards region and language, imbalance in disciplines, ideological prejudice towards social and humanities journals exist in American academic journal evaluation. Utilitarian makes Chinese journal evaluation the tool of scientific management and performance evaluation. Problems of overemphasis on bibliometric quantitative evaluation, low objectivity and lack of devleopment and internation of the evaluation data, standardless citation and lack of citation database directly result in the accuracy of the data, inaccuracy of discipline classification of the university journals, the evaluation lag and surveillance mechanism and localization of Chinese science and humanities journals evaluation exist in China’s academic journal evaluation. In the future, evaluation value, the application of text digging in journal evaluation, content relevance evaluation guided by social demand, transition from discipline evaluation to physics speciality evaluation, reasonable evaluation mechanism and harmonious academic atmosphere will be the evaluation tendency.

Abstract:A vicarious liability is a liability form as well as a legal system, which means that the liability bearer assumes the civil liability for the tortfeasor because of a certain basic relation between them. Its striking feature lies in that the liability bearer is different from the tortfeasor. Vicarious liability differs from substitutable liability and also from special tort liability. The classifications of the basic relations in vicarious liabilities divide vicarious liabilities into tortfeasorbenefiting vicarious liabilities and liability bearerbenefiting vicarious liabilities, the latter is itself a kind of user’s vicarious liabilities, which can be subdivided into dominating relationbased user’s vicarious liability and utilizing relationbased user’s vicarious liabilities. The opinions on the legislative grounds of vicarious liabilities vary; they cannot be isolated to understand.

Abstract:Legal positivism is one of the main legal genres in the 20 century. It can be divided into three phases: scientism (establishing phase), hermeneutics phase (justifying and improving phase) and multidual developing phase. There are multilayer turnings in its developing process, such as: from scientism to hermeneutics, from “the viewpoint of the villain” to “the viewpoint of the good man” and from “obligationstandardized” to “rightstandardized”, etc. Although there are so many turning, legal positivism has not been selfdestructed.

It is a political philosophy theory at first. This kind of theory is a thought which goes along such a road: from “new people” to “new country” and comes from the Chinese Confucianism political philosophy. Abstract:The book Fushikaden consists of 7 chapters, which makes a metaphor on “flower” and discourses upon the subject matter of the best stage effect for the dramatic form “Noh”. Abstract:With content analysis as the method and effective instruction as the key word, searched through CNKI, CDFD and CMFD data base，the study was carried out mainly through analyzing the number of articles and content in the field. The search results show that the number of articles increased year by year. The definition, influential factors, strategies and standards are the four key issues in researches on effective instruction. With these as the bases, this article pointed out the tendency of the concerned researches in the course of the new round of curriculum reform.

Abstract:During the social transition, selfattack is seen more often than not among college students. Selfattack is a form of emotional release for selfextrication at the sacrifice of the individual’s own living organism. Selfattack may results in physical injury or even loss of life, and is then referred to as extreme selfattack. Exploring the generation of college students’ extreme selfattack psychology and finding the effective preventive measures are of great practical significance for students’ healthy development and social harmony and stability, which is also a requirement from the humanbased educational concept. This article analyzes some statistical data on the college students extreme selfattack in China from 2004-2008, explores the direct and social causes of the behaviors and points out that the generation of college students’ extreme selfattack psychology is characterized by staged development, externalization, negation and controllability. The countermeasures for preventing college students’ extreme selfattack are proposed from the perspective not only of “cure the symptoms” but also of “cure the disease”.

So the author maked attribution analysis based on practical work ,proposed solutions from the five clashes, and provided meaningful insights to enhance the quality of national defense students and strengthen the education and management of national defense students.
