Abstract:In order to protect the wetland resources, the government designated many wetlands nature reserves, forbidding farmers to exploit and utilize them. This treatise proposes an effective means of resolving the externalized problem of establishment of wetlands nature reserves——ecocompensation from the angle of externality theory. Take Tianjin Qilihai wetland as an example, the paper analyzes the externalities to local peasants associating with the establishment of wetlands nature reserves at first. The negative effects included: limiting their survival rights, development rights and environmental rights, more importantly the psychological impact on the local residents. That was to say the establishment of wetlands nature reserves did harm to the vital interests and rights of local farmers to some extent. And then the paper clearly expounds that the city country government, surrounding areas, and local enterprises and institutions that benefits from the reserves should become the local subject of ecocompensation. Finally, the value of the wetland is monetized and then the compensation standard is fixed based on the value.

Abstract:With respect to the features of EcoIndustrial Park (EIP), the government plays an indispensable role during the construction of EIP. In this paper, the function orientation of government has been analyzed during the construction of EIP by discussing the ways to realize EIP. The research results show that the main three functions of government are to provide systematical encouragement as well as planning and coordination services for the development of industrial symbiosis network, to guide and participate in infrastructure construction and “integration of utilities”, and to ensure the formation of park ecology by the way of microregulation and macromanagement.

Abstract:In this paper, we have discussed the implementation of executive compensation defects which was generated by BS model on the reloading time and expiration date, and the idea that the geometric mean of stock price in period of validity as a stock option’s settlement price was proposed to solve the executive compensation defects, and the geometric Asianreload stock option pricing model was settled. An actuarial method is proposed in view of evaluating actual losses and corresponding probability distribution to quantitatively cheek the price composition of the geometric Asianreload stock option, thus developing an option pricing model to deduce further the formula under the hypothesis of underlying asset price driven by fractional Brownian motion. This article also compares reload stock option with geometric Asianreload stock option in the manager's role by numerical simulation.

Abstract:This paper proposes a kind of model on selection of strategic industries based on WeaverThomas model, improves the deficiency of the more definite number selection of strategic industries in the traditional algorithm according to empirical distribution and suppose distribution, by actual verification of small town industries, such improved algorithm will be more rational. This paper combines the industrial development situation of Degan town of Jiangjin district of Chongqing, select 10 evaluation indexes of strategic industries according to the principle that the strategic industries chooses, analyzes 12 industrial industries by utilizing WeaverThomas model , have chosen and evaluated the preferred result of the strategic industries. Finally, the authors put forward the analysis suggestion of developing strategic industries of Degan town.

Abstract:The article studies the influence of coordinated urban and rural development upon infrastructure investment: on the one hand, urban and rural coordination would increase the supply of rural infrastructure and improve the return on infrastructure investment; on the other hand, such coordination would stimulate reform and innovation in infrastructure investment domain, with emphases placed on reforming public fiscal investment and administration system, as well as innovating investment mode for new rural infrastructures. It then comes to this conclusion that influence of coordinated urban and rural development upon infrastructure investment includes not only efficiency but equity as well.

Abstract:This article introduces the elevator safe status classification method, proposes safe assessment method based on expert system, and applies this method to elevator safe status classification. Compared with traditional elevator safe status classification method, new method achieves requirements of objectivity, scientific, systematic, feasible and realtime in elevator safe status classification results.

Abstract:This paper selects the annals data of 48 Chinese listed commercial banks during 2003-2007, empirically tests the relationship between the corporate governance and innovation ability of banks. The result shows that there is a significantly negative correlation between the shareholding proportion of the biggest shareholder and bank innovation ability, but it can be released by dispersing stock ownership. There is also a positive correlation between the board size and the proportion of independent directors or innovation ability of banks, and the incentive mechanism of the high managers can significantly raise the innovation ability of banks.

Abstract:Networking growth model has been widely considered, which has been an important strategy for family business growth. The selection and result of interorganizational network model of family business, which is a complex system of family involving firm, will be significantly affected by the dimensions and contents of family involvement. However, relatively little research has been conducted. Based on the literature research on family business network, this paper tries to theoretically explore the effect and mechanism of family involvement (different dimensions of family involvement) on networking process and networking result of family business. The conclusions will be helpful to direct the networking growth of family business, especially to Chinese family business.

Abstract:The relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance reflects the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate finance, which decides the social responsibility attitudes and behavior of corporation. By reviewing the empirical studies on corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance, and summarizing the theoretical assumptions, this paper finds that corporate social responsibility does not necessarily promote enterprise financial performance. In order to analyze more indepth of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance, the article proposes that corporate social responsibility converting into corporate financial performance needs certain conditions, including social responsibility market, fair competitive environment, monitoring feedback system, and the manner and strategy by which corporation undertakes corporate social responsibility.

Abstract:A dynamic game of incomplete information is constructed to analyze the incentive mechanism of career plan on host country managers of MNC. Results explain that whether or not corporations hide their true type depends on the profit addition gained by dedicated managers, profit lost by duteous managers, profit recuperation by managers’ stopping negative action, fake cost and career plan cost of corporations. Results also show that managers choose to be devoted or duteous depends on their effort cost and regret cost. The theoretic model and its results match well with the empirical results of other scholars. Advice for Chinese multinational corporations is that good career plan and other nonmaterial inspiration is necessary and important for host country staff. The government ought to constitute policies to encourage and guide the storage, training and communication of talents.

Abstract:Plagiarism is a kind of typical academic corruption. It is not only a violation of academic ethics and academic norms but also a violation of the copyright. The identification standard of academic plagiarism is different from the identification standard of copyright infringement. The Chinese academic community needs to establish and perfect the academic norms and review mechanism of academic plagiarism. The management of academic plagiarism requires the mutual efforts of judicial organizations, academic institutions and administrative agencies.

Abstract:The law should regulate procedure issues but not substantial issues of academic misconducts because people engaging in academic careers and in intellectual production and communication,should have freedom and autonomy in academic fields.If not so, outside factors intervene in the academic freedom. Academic misconduct is not always affiliated with intellectual infringement. This shows that intellectual property law can regulate some kinds of academic misconducts, but intellectual property law is limited in this field. By analyzing the sameness and difference between intellectual integrity and intellectual property, the origin of the limits of law while regulating academic misconducts is given.

Abstract:Rich and profound ecological ethics exists in both Confucianism and Taoism because of the commonality of their fundamental concepts and thinking way. Equal ethics between human and nature are deducted from the axiology which confirms the nature has its own intrinsic values and thus promote the establishment of the behavioral norms that human beings should not do evil to the nature. These ideas and thinking way have an important contemporary significance in properly dealing with the relationship between human and nature.

Abstract:As a social autonomous mechanism, nongovernmental organizations have their own unique advantages in public crisis management. Eliot demonstrates his cultural conservatism whose first element is antirationalistic cultural gradualism and a broad view of “timeless” and “spaceless” culture. The former stresses history and cultural tradition in their “laissezfaire” organic growth; the latter emphasizes balance between “unity and diversity” of culture in the overall cultural system and “regional” or “local” “satellite cultures”. The two aspects form the essence of Eliot’s conservative view of culture as seen in his understanding of the history of literature, his aesthetic principles and poetry writing.

Abstract:Based on the established corpus of more than 1000 English texts as the subjects, this study intends to integrate three theories: Mann &Thompson’s (1987，1988) RST, Bhatia’s (1993) genre analysis and Nattinger& DeCarrico’s (1992) formulaic language, to make module annotation of texts. This study aims to explain how these three theories are combined to guide the text module annotation and demonstrate the theoretical feasibility. A general template of academic writing is established as the basis of the module structure annotation. The main purpose is to help writers use more professional and normative language in academic writing.

Abstract:With the arrival of the innovation era, general education in universities has been attached great importance recently because it focuses on people oriented, teaching people how to learn, and educating the students to be real persons of comprehensive knowledge, wholesome personality, right values and positive attitudes. Abstract:Wenchuan Earthquake brought great loss to China’s education system. There are objective reasons of the destructiveness of earthquake, and also reasons of lack and imperfect of education emergency response mechanism when calamity happens. This thesis analyzes the influences of sudden natural calamity on education and education emergency response mechanism, the influence factors of education response mechanism strategy, the education response mechanism problems reveled in this earthquake and the disciplines of education system emergency response in sudden natural calamity and so on. It puts forward to establish education emergency response mechanism that combines early warming for sudden natural calamity, grade response and emergency response action, and deal with problems arising from an accident.

Abstract:This paper, by means of the research methods of questionnaire, literature and so on, probes into the reasons that cause the differences in the level and types of interpersonal communication between the impoverished and nonimpoverished undergraduates from the perspective of social psychology. It also proposes suggestions on improving interpersonal relationship of the impoverished undergraduates. The results show that: (1) The interpersonal relationship of nonimpoverished undergraduates is superior to that of impoverished ones. (2) At the dimensions of the types of interpersonal communication, there has a significant difference in the initiative, open and normative: the impoverished undergraduates are not better than nonimpoverished ones in initiative and open, but they are better than the nonimpoverished undergraduates in normative. (3) Giving more social support to impoverished undergraduates is an important condition to raise their selfconfidence and improve their interpersonal relationship.

Abstract:文章运用问卷法和文献法等研究方法,从社会心理学的角度探讨贫困大学生与非贫困大学生在人际交往水平及类型上存在差异的原因,并针对贫困大学生提出改善人际关系的对策建议。研究结果表明:（1）非贫困大学生的人际关系状况优于贫困大学生;（2）在人际交往类型各维度上,贫困大学生在主动性和开放性得分上明显低于非贫困大学生,呈显著性差异,而在规范性得分上高于非贫困大学生,呈显著差异;（3）给予贫困大学生更多的社会支持是提高其自信心、改善人际关系的重要条件。
