Abstract:In the third chapter of Aristotle’s Poetics ,there is a wellknown “aside”,which is one of the most difficult paragraphs to interpret in the whole book. By examining and analyzing this paragraph,this paper tries to indicate that what Poetics discusses is not theory of literature and art,nor the problems of aesthetics,but the problems of political philosophy. By way of joking,this “aside” implies that because there are politeias with stature and inferior,that’s why there are poetrymaking with stature and inferior.

Abstract:In The Birth of Tragedy Nietzsche criticizes Euripides’ reform of ancient greek tragedy leads to tragedy’s death,since a long time this view of Nietzsche causes intense polemic among scholars. This study interprets the related parts in The Birth of Tragedy and tries to understand Nietzsche’s view about the tragedy’s death exactly which should constitute the basis of all the polemics.

Abstract:The Statesman is a key to “The problem of Socrates”，because it is said that Socrates devoted to the inquiry into human affairs or political issues. For this reason，it is necessary to examine the connection between Socrates and statesman(or king)。In the Statesman， the Eleatic Stranger shows that Socrates stands apart from mathematical philosopher. As a political philosopher，Socrates went down into the cave of the city and observed all sorts of the opinions which look like images，thus he grasped phronêsis or practical wisdom. Phronêsis means that one should do in the middle ground so as to arrive at the end of politics or philosophy——the best sociery，or the best man. Therefore，the political philosopher accounts that phronêsis is superior to mathmatics.In the opening of Statesman ，Socrates encourages two young men to recognize the kinship between them and Socrates，and then the young men will devote themselves to the Socratic philosophy.

Abstract:Quintilian is a great educator and rhetorician in Roman Empire as well as the ancient founder of modern Higher Education. His Institutio Oratoria intensifies the classical tradition of Graeco-Roman education. His ideal of perfect orator is no doubt a mirror for reflecting the gain and loss of our modern education. This essay is a rudimentary introduction of Quintilian and his Institutio Oratoria for Chinese academic circles and it is expected that the essay would lead to a further understanding of Quintilian.

Abstract:The entrepreneurship has become the new element for Chinese economic development. Based on the Chongqing 40 counties dynamic panel data in 2000-2008,this thesis uses GMM method to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship on Chongqing economic growth. The analysis result indicates that the entrepreneurship promotes Chongqing economic growth on average and has obvious positive hysteretic effect on economic growth. However,the influence of entrepreneurship on regional variation is considerable. The entrepreneurship sets back the economic growth of underdeveloped “two wings” regions,and nonproductive entrepreneurship is extremely active in these regions. Therefore,in the process of Chongqing economic growth,it should be well known the positive influence of entrepreneurship on economic growth. And Chongqing should establish the policy and institutional framework which is beneficial to implementing productive entrepreneurship and inhibiting unproductive entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract:Social public governance strengthens the cooperative negotiation mechanism,and in the case of urban housing demolition and relocation in China,also strengthens a common understanding of cultural values among local government,business and social organization and civil individuals. Institutions play an important role in solving the problem of social conflicts and clashes in urban housing demolition and relocation,but so do cultural beliefs. Through a lack of emphasis on cultural values,governments respond in an ineffective way to conflicts that arise from unjust and unequal distribution,resulting in a distortion of cultural ethics,clashes between developing the economy and improving the people’s livelihood,and challenges to modernization. So,in order to solve the problem of social conflicts and clash in urban housing demolition and relocation,it is very important to understand and transform cultural values not only for government and business and social organizations,but also for residents.

Abstract:Using the general principle and measuring methods of the spatial Gini coefficient,we measure industrial agglomeration level in western China. The result indicates that the western industrial agglomeration is affected by the impact of factors endowment. The western industrial agglomeration lacks the suitable institutional environment. And the western industrial agglomeration level is increasing. The space of developing western industrial agglomeration is great.

Abstract:At first,housing pressure index is created as the index of pressure of home buyer,and rational scope of housing pressure is defined by housing price-income ratio,and then housing pressures of 35 cities in China and foreign metropolises are compared horizontally and vertically. At last,some conclusions are get that since 1998 in many cities housing pressures are rapidly increasing,and in 2007 housing pressures of 35 cities are generally too heavy,and housing pressures of most cities are larger than that of foreign metropolises,which show that in China urban housing pressures are on the whole abnormally large,so the government should try it’s best to reduce housing pressure of residents.

Abstract:With the method of ecological footprint,this paper makes a calculation of trading ecological footprints in China from 1991 to 2008. The results show that the trading ecological footprints of China was surplus from 1991 to 1994,export trade carrying the ecological footprints exceeded the import. The ecological trading footprints of China's were deficit since 1995 (except of 1998),export trade that brought ecological footprints were less than the import. The growth of trading ecological footprints of import and export was both in the fluctuation,and elasticity of trading ecological footprints was varied.

Abstract:Over the years,the model of China securities market supervision did not follow the economy in the transaction costs and resource allocation,but the path of the state system for country’s preferences,and the compulsory arrangements for transition path didn't consider the efficiency and cost factor. The paper deduces the equilibrium point of individual objects from revenue and cost analysis,based on this the paper also structures the appropriate supervision line of the whole market,and tries to find the best borders of supervision. Such a mode of supervision is in fact between the weak border and the strong border,and the implementation relies on enforcement of selfdiscipline and strengthening executing the law.

Abstract:After summarizing the reasons of subprime crisis happening in related literatures,the authors construct the model to analyze the reason of currency liquidity risk’s formation based on the bank reality’s principalagent question. They get the conclusion: The proxy question causes the bank manager’s payoff incentive to reduce the interest rate and makes loans excessively. In the situation that the trustee introduces the audit supervision,when there is heightened macroeconomics risk,investors reduce direct investment and hold more bank deposits. This‘right to quality’leaves banks flush with liquidity,attenuates manager’s penalty restraint,then causes the manager to make loans excessively and results in asset price bubbles,at last increases systemic risk.

Abstract:We design a twostage mechanism for more efficient and practical procurement operations,which implements first multiattributes auction then bargaining. Main novelty of the mechanism is that we focus on three characteristics of practical procurement: both bidding and bargaining for price and qualities,both buyer and seller’s information revelation problem,and time cost problem with corresponding strategies construction. We show that,the auction stage holds MBR(Myopic Best Response) incentive compatible for buyer and sellers. Also,allocation outcome on equilibrium path and its relationship with buyer and seller’s real valuation is presented. Bargaining stage improves the efficiency of auction stage,especially; we show there exist Nash-Bayesian equilibrium strategies and corresponding beliefs for both players in the mechanism.

Abstract:In order to enhance the customers’ satisfaction,it is urgent for power supply industry to learn the main factors affecting the service quality attributes and the factors influencing on the residential customers in the context of gradually disappearing monopoly,emerging competition and the demand for high quality services. By factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis,this paper puts forward that the three main factors,that is,business factors,service environment factors and power image factors,consist of service quality attributes. On this basis,it analyzes the influence of the three factors on the residential customers’ satisfaction and proposes effective suggestions to improve the customers’ satisfaction.

Abstract:It is an important period of hotel’s development in modern times. As the biggest travel group in modern times,Chinese travel service manages more than 100 hostels,using various forms of business such as own and manage,setup,jointly undertake since 1931.Standardization management is one of the characteristics of modern hotel group,which already reflects in the China travel service hotels group management. Based on Shanghai archives material,the author analyzes the main contents of its standardization management ,including adopting the uniform name and the logo,establishing corresponding rules and regulations,formulating procedures norms and hardware facilities,then sums up three management characteristics,such as attaching importance to customer service personnel,strengthening supervision and control,innovating management methods. At last,the author points out the effects of standardization on group operating.

Abstract:Training is an important means for human resources development. As two different kinds of organizations，the government and enterprises have many differences,such as the organizational goals,organizational structures,organizational cultures and organizational environments. These differences bring essential differences in their training keystones,training objectives,training management systems and its legal basis in the two organizations. As to the status quo of training management,government departments and enterprises are different in the maturity of training system,the norms of training management,the diversity of training,the infrastructure of training and the emphasis of training effectiveness,but they both have their own advantages. Based on these,this study proposes that the government and enterprises should learn from each other in order to improve the training effects of both the two organizations. Enterprises should pay attention to the ideological training,setting up the training management system and strengthening the basic work on training as government departments usually do. Abstract:Although Fiat money does not have any substantial intrinsic value,its credit is based on the issuer’s promise of its purchasing power through money contract. This promise is the ground and precondition to establish the goal and binding force of the monetary policy power. Monetary policy could potentially conflict with other macroeconomic policy,and the monetary policy power has the risk of being captured by other financial institutions. In order to protect the rights of moneyholders,it is necessary to put the monetary policy power under the mechanism of constitutional supervision so as to keep the monetary policy relatively independent. Achieving this object needs effective allocation of monetary policy power on the constitutional level. The main measures are: to safeguard moneyholder’s right to be involved in the decisionmaking and auditing about money,to control the power of money administrations to make monetary policy,to confine the macroregulation powers of administrative agencies,to constrain the soft money powers of financial institutions.

The current financial supervision system produced several surface of longstanding defect,including mainly racetothebottom regulation and legislation competition,unmatched between the divided supervision and mixbusiness,disproportion of the financial supervision,and deficiency of the systematic risk supervision. These surface of longstanding defect didn’t produce in short time,but accumulated in the longtime financial development process,and based on the origin of political instructor,economical theory and legal tradition. The financial supervision defect is the origin and destination of financial reform of U.S.. Facing squarely to the financial supervision defect,and carrying reform on financial reality,are the bases of the effectiveness of financial supervision reform.

Abstract:The origin of the Boxer and the origin of the Boxer Rebellion,in spite of being linked to some extent,are two issues. “The Boxer was from Shandong”. However,the Boxer Rebellion was initiated from the eastern areas of Sichuan. It is the Second Uprising led by Yu Dongchen rather than the uprising led by Zhao Sanduo or the one led by Zhu Hongdeng that started the Boxer Rebellion. Because there is no substantial difference between the Boxer Rebellion and missionary cases and the forms of organization and rite are just some of the external characteristics of the Boxer Rebellion,and also because the Second Uprising led by Yu dong Chen is the same as or similar with the Boxer Rebellion in some important aspects,the Second Uprising led by Yu dong Chen promoted the Boxer Rebellion in nearly half of the country and was intrinsically linked with the outbreak of the Boxer Rebellion. Breaking through the traditional statements of the origin of the Boxer Rebellion,such as “Shandong version” or “the North version”,will be helpful to understand the Boxer Rebellion more completely.

Abstract:The excessive ideological approach in the research of Hao Ran is one of the problems in the new period. Aiming at this problem,this essay seeks to interpret Hao Ran’s literary charm in a way of stripping off the political discourses behind his novels. Starting from close reading and experience,this interpretation will focus on several perspectives: spirit of collectivity,ideals of adolescence,and farmers language. Abstract:Some researches of social facilitation have been gradually formed since 1898 and developed some theories,such as dominant response theory,evaluation theory,distractionconflict theory,and so on. However,there exist some contradictions about these experimental studies,for understanding the effect of social facilitation on sport performance. By utilizing the metaanalysis,this article analyzes the issue. The results show that(1)the relation appeared a moderate effect(r=0.32)between social facilitation and skilled movements; (2) the relation is negative correlation between social facilitation and nonskilled action(r=-0.11). Meanwhile,the author analyzes the effect of personality on social facilitation and further explained the limitations.
