Abstract:How to choose the industries in regional development from “Two oriented Society” Perspective is important to its economic growth, resource conservation and environmental protection First, this paper constructs a model of matrix of regional industries selection from the two dimensions that are “Two oriented” level and capacity of industrial development based on the “two-oriented society” perspective, and then the matrix is divided into four quadrants according to the two dimensions Second, it selects 38 industrial sectors of Chongqing city as the object of research, uses principal component analysis to estimate the scores of the two dimensions, puts these industries into four quadrants On this base, it gives some corresponding suggestion according to the characteristics of industries in different quadrants

Abstract:In order to fully examine the economic transformation of resource-based cities, we must consider the overall point of view This study is based on provincial space “three-dimensional perspective”：urban spatial structure, industrial structure and elements of spatial configuration space perspective view Take Chongqing as an example, we found that the resources of Chongqing are located in ”one-hour economic circle” around and “Chongqing Northeast” region, excessive concentration of economic growth in developed urban city circle, elements of the spatial configuration of resources also reflects the concentration of the developed areas This reflects the resource-based regions are economically underdeveloped regions, and the existence of elements of the problem of insufficient investment At last, this study puts forward a path of resource-based cities’ economy transition based on provincial spatial perspective, and makes policy recommendations

Abstract:Based on the consideration of victim protection and nuclear industry promotion, the paper discusses that it becomes international convention to exempt supplier’s compensation liability for nuclear damage to the third-party However, in practice, the scope of liability exemption was extended to nuclear accident damage of the operator due to the fault of the supplier The author believes that absolute exemption of supplier’s compensation liability for nuclear damage not only leads to absolute imbalance of rights and obligations between operator and supplier, but also goes against the trend of strengthening quality management and supervision to prevent nuclear accidents from the source Then it reconstructs supplier’s compensation liability for nuclear damage from absolute exemption to relative exemption，suggests that supplier shoud shoulder compensation liability for nuclear damage of the operator due to the fault of the supplier Using the practice of abolish development risk defense for reference, the author requests supplier of nuclear materials and nuclear equipment for the development risk responsibility

Abstract:In recent years a considerable literature has come forth dealing with information aggregation in group decision-making using the tools of game theory By analyzing group members’ incentives and rational behaviors in group decision-making, this game theoretic literature gives out some important insights against people’s intuition The research developments in this field are systematically reviewed from four aspects, which are acquisition of decision information, information revelation during deliberation, influence of transparency, and optimal decision rules The research on information aggregation in group decision-making based on game theory is compared with the traditional mainstream research on group decision-making in economics, politics, management science, and social psychology And the advantage of using the tools of game theory is analyzed for studying information aggregation in group decision-making Finally the shortcomings of the existing research are presented

Abstract:Based upon the reality condition of the economic development and discipline structure of higher education of Chongqing, 11 indicators are selected, which reflect the discipline structure of higher education, and 9 integrated indicators are selected, which reflect the economic development Then, the paper analyzes the relatedness and builds the relation model between economic development and discipline structure of higher education of Chongqing from 1999 to 2006 by using quantitative analysis, such as multiple regression analysis and principal component analysis The results show that discipline structure of higher education is basically in harmony with economic development of Chongqing, and some adjustment is necessary according to the relatedness It provides some reference pathes for discipline structure adjustment of higher education of Chongqing
