      Abstract:Taking the lag character of housing price in account, the paper analyzes the influence of urbanization on housing price. Taking into account housing prices in the time lag, this paper uses dynamic panel data and finds that there is positive effect between housing price and urbanization. Through the inclusion of spatial effects, the paper uses the spatial lag model,while taking into account that housing prices in the case of spatial dependence, urbanization continues to promote the role of housing prices. GWR results show different provincial cities of the promotion effect on housing prices are different. The development of urbanization accelerates in the period, so we need to coordinate growth between the real estate market and the urbanization process.

      Abstract:On the basis of the amendment of the traditional urban-based index, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the urbanization process of Chongqing’s districts and counties from the point of spatial economics. The result shows that the process of urbanization and economic growth has obvious spatial clustering phenomena ; in 1998-2008, the process of urbanization ratio of the second industry index and ratio of the tertiary industry index have obviously contribution to economic growth; and the contribution of non-agricultural population ratio index to economic growth is weakening year by year in various regions of Chongqing. Therefore shifting the focus to the regional industrial structure adjustment is more important to promote economic growth than simply expanding city limits to increase the proportion of non-agricultural population to urbanization.

    • A Study on the Toll Rate Determination Method of Ring Expressway Based on SUE Model

      Abstract:Based on the analysis of the reciprocities among the toll rate, traffic volume and charge volume, and their features as well, the basic ideas and methods of the toll rate determination for ring expressway are put forward. The paper establishes the function of general traffic impedance which includes the tolls parameter under the preconditions of the highway planning and its forecast traffic volumes of Chongqing. By the use of the TRANSCAD, which is a traffic planning software, the traffic volumes on the ring expressway are assigned successfully helped by SUE model. Finally, the paper gives the optimal toll rate for the ring expressway of Chongqing.

Firstly, the network topology structure of urban and rural passenger integrated transportation is set up to adapting Chongqing layout, and some performance integrating routes which could be implemented are also put forward; secondly, based on the analysis of Chongqing special layout which could be descript with“big urban and big rural” and the situation of trunk roads scarcity, the flexible performance expressway passenger transport and the management model of rural passenger transportation along highways is concluded; Finally, considering that the urban and rural road passenger transport integration might run into problems in practice, a series of suggestions are respectively put forward to solve the management, policies and technological specification and so on.

      Abstract:When independent research institutes such as universities transfer their new technology by technology market,asymmetric information caused by uncertainty in value of technology will reduce the efficiency of exchange. As providers of new technology,these independent research institutes exist in the technology market for a long time. Based on it,this paper discusses mechanism of reputation and its effect on efficiency of technology exchange by building up a model of repeated game between a research institute and potential users of technology. It shows that the extent of loss of efficiency is tightly related to the of research institutes’ strength to research. When a research institute can get new technology on strength of research, its concern on reputation can promote it laying a part of low value technologies aside at least. Simultaneously, the result provides an analysis on how national centers of technology transfer promote technology.

      Abstract:With the rapid progress of global economic integration, more and more limitations appear in traditional production factors that enhance the organization performances of firms. So the firms have to seek new economic growth points and development strategies. As an effective way to share corporate social responsibility, it is significant for firm to make contributions. A research was made of the data collected from 428 firms involved in philanthropy from Shanghai securities exchange in 2008. The test based on regression analysis shows that the firm size, the assets-liabilities ratio and the educational level of manager have influence on corporate philanthropy, and the effects of three antecedent variables on corporate philanthropy are different. Corporate philanthropy has indirect influence on organization performance by transferring intangible resources into firm’s competitive advantages and the organization performances of firms are improved. Some effective policies are proposed to encourage firm to participate into philanthropy.

      Abstract:The elements of organizational learning by new venture include experimenting, absorptive acquisition, critical events-driven learning, entrepreneur’s forward learning, knowledge storing and knowledge application. This six learning elements belong to explorative learning and exploitative learning respectively. Two Dimensions about organizational learning elements by new venture are found. The first dimensions is about the object of organizational learning reflecting the degree of plan and initiative. The second is about subject of organizational learning reflecting the obviousness of knowledge. Based on previous study, an integrated model about elements and dimension of organizational learning by new ventures is constructed.

Based on the comments about the literature of private benefits of control’s econometric models, from an angle of the influences of China listed companies’ shareholding reform on econometric models, this paper analyzes and improves Barclay and Holderness’ private benefits from control of public corporations (BH Model), and raises the econometric models of before and after shareholding reform for private benefits of control.

      Abstract:This article takes the Ministry Of Education Humanities And Social Sciences (H&SS) General Project (2006-2010) to study the H&SS research level of Tertiary Institutions and their regions. From the change of the number of each type funds through time, we get that the number of the Youth Fund is increasing faster than the Plan Fund; from the number of funds set up in 24 academic fields of each institutions through the time, we come across the Matthew effect of the distribution, and then we mark the top two institutions by asterisks which have more projects. With the relevance analysis of the fund numbers each fields, we also get some similarly universities in division of disciplines. Trough the comparative analysis of regions in three indexes—fund numbers, institution (with funds) number, fund numbers per institution (with funds)—we see the disequilibrium of the regions in the fund numbers, and then 31 provinces (city, area) were divided into four classes through the cluster analysis. Finally by studying the research level of four kinds’ institutions, we find the institution which has the fastest progress is the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Ministry Co-sponsoring institutions.

      Abstract:Pure language translation theory subverts traditional views on some basic translation issues, such as form and meaning, the relationship between source text and translated text, translatability etc. This paper summarized the subversion of traditional views by pure language translation theory in three aspects: it retorts the emphasis on translating meaning, it eliminates the antithesis between source text and translated text, and it suspends the dichotomy between translatability and untranslatability. Under the guidance of this theory, the analysis of literary translation examples was conducted. The study revealed it was possible to show the kinship and complementarity between languages so as to release and convert pure language in literary translation.

      Abstract:From 1976 to 1989 the studies of New Zealand literature in China came into being. This period held a special significance for the dissemination of New Zealand literature in China. On one hand, China was on a transition stage. On the other hand, the domestic foreign literature research began to get into the right track. The blending of discipline budding and historical transition left a deep mark on the contemporary studies of New Zealand literature. On the whole, the research of New Zealand literature represented the following characteristics: the research paradigm shifted from the class-centered to the aesthetic-centered analysis; scholars surveyed New Zealand literature for the purpose of popularization; the studies of Maori literature began to emerge; investigators kept a close eye on the trends of contemporary New Zealand literature; the one hundredth anniversary of Katherine Mansfield promoted the relevant translation and criticism. The number of academic achievements was not very large, but the translation and criticism of New Zealand literature from 1976 to 1989 became a crucial stage in the studies of New Zealand literature in China.
