    • Study on the Effects of Urban-Rural Finance Development Non-equalization on Urban-Rural Economic Growth Gap

      Abstract:This paper has analyzed the mechanism from urban-rural finance development non-equalization to urban-rural economic growth gap, from the points of the gap of urban-rural trade cost, urban-rural savings and investment and urban-rural allocation of financial resources, and the empirical study has been done between them, using the dynamic panel data model of 28 provincial units in China from 1992 to 2010. The results are that urban-rural financial structure, scale and efficiency are positive to urban-rural economic growth gap, controlled the urban-rural investment in fixed assets, the level of the urban-rural market and urban-rural FDI. And then, some suggestions are submitted.

      Abstract:We use the data of Chengdu's land improvement work from 2001 to 2010 and survey data from new residents areas in five districts, construct index system based on the attributes of the stakeholders in the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory(MAUT), and build model for evaluation through Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). The results of the Empirical Analysis shows: (1)Since 2001, the land improvement work in Chengdu has gain a satisfactory performance; (2) There are still following main issues: it's difficult to raise the amount of cultivated land; the difficulty of collective construction land consolidation is underestimated; the level of agricultural technology development cannot meet demand; agricultural productivity should be improved; the phenomenon of "empty village" is serious, etc.. We present solutions based on the analysis of these issues in this paper.

      Abstract:Based on rural micro-data of household, using the method of Gini decomposition and simulation income, the author studies income inequality and poverty in rural areas. The results show that farmers' entrepreneurial activity relieved of degree of poverty in rural will help the poor to increase family income. On the other hand, the farmers' entrepreneurship will increase the income inequality.

      Abstract:Informal employment is an important way to solve the problem of rural labor' employment.Based on the rural data of China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS) in 2009,the paper analyzes the Intergenerational Transmission during the process of choosing the informal employment for two generations in rural family using the recursive bivariate probability model.The study shows that factors affecting the behaviors of choosing the informal employment between two generations are different,but there is also strong intergenerational transmission or inheritance relationship.The children's behaviors of choosing the informal employment are influenced by the parental behaviors.This means the children are short of independence when choosing the informal employment in rural family.

      Abstract:Based on Tiebout-model, we took an analysis of the urban housing policies such as migrating-with-house-purchasing and house-purchasing-limitation. The results show the former policy is efficient under duality system and household registration system, but the latter will lead to inefficient distribution of public goods. An impartial provision in public services with property tax levying would be a feasible policy in curbing house price and de-capitalization of public services.

      Abstract:At first, to aim at the unbalance bidding skill of tenders under the bill of quantities bidding mode, this paper puts forward the bidding mode of bill of quantities based on composite sealed-bid auction by study on basis of sealed-bid auction bidding theory. Secondly, the authors make use of game theory to analyze the bidders' optimal offer strategy which is unbalance bidding under the bidding model of bill of quantities. Thirdly, it is proven that the bidding mode of bill of quantities can effectively reduce the adverse effect which is bring by the tenders' unbalanced bidding, and to reduce the investment. At last, the authors validate the results of model by using the example.

      Abstract:All main drug consuming countries in the world consider drugs as a special commodity to supervise, so governing the drug circulating channel is becoming an important job in government's management. Since multi-market subject had been drawn into the drug circulation in China in 1984, drug circulation started to compete disorderly, hence many issues, such as: virtual height in drug price, polypharmacy in hospital, appeared. Therefore, the State and each local government try to explore drug circulation control mode. However, before the orientation which basic medical treatment in new medical reform returns to public welfare was put forward to, measures for treatment almost were immersed in interest gaming among multi subjects in channel and babbling policy argument. By professional survey and evaluation to drug circulation governing before and after carrying out basic drug system in China, the paper found the difficulties and defects in drug circulation channel control. By taking the successful experiences as references in drug circulation control gained by those main drug consuming countries in the world, it suggests that the government should focus on rational medical behavior supervising and scientific drug pricing, active leading drug circulation to large-scale operation

      Abstract:With the China's market economy established and constantly perfected, the China's economy has been converting expanding in quantity into upgrading in quality. In this background, whether the market subject possesses integral market withdrawing right and can freely exercise the right is one of signs of the full-fledged market economy. From an academic perspective, the general basic theory of the market withdrawing right will contribute to improving market withdrawing right system, revamping the whole legal loopholes in the system, reducing the conflict of laws. From a practical perspective, a perfect market withdrawing right system can not only maintain the market subject's normal metabolism and realize the dynamic balance of the market economy, but also realize institutional competition in constitutional order.

      Abstract:How to response the changing market environment rapidly is a corner stone for enterprises to obtain competitive strength. Based on customer needs, this paper analyzes the difference of operational effectiveness between traditional 4Ps marketing mix system and the fast-feedback marketing system by combining the supply chain management theory with marketing mix strategy, and according to the System Dynamics methods. By empirical studying on X company, using Vensim.PLE simulation software on the two modes and comparing the performance of two modes in operational effectiveness, this paper puts out that the key point for customer satisfaction, sales and orders fast and sustainable growth is to change the traditional mode of marketing system and establish a consumer-oriented fast feedback marketing system based on supply chain management.

      Abstract:This paper researches on the earnings management of Chinese listed companies after the application of new accounting rules, and how the earnings after earnings management influence the top executives compensation. The result suggests that there is a widespread earnings management through investment income among companies and investment income significantly improves the level of top executives compensation. In addition, this paper researches on the effect of shareholding structure on the earnings management and pay-performance sensitivity. The result also suggests that the degrees of earnings management and pay-performance sensitivity in state control and shareholder concentration companies are much lower than those in non-state control and shareholder dispersion companies. State control and shareholder concentration companies can restrain the earnings management, but can not improve pay-performance sensitivity.

      Abstract:The classic economic theories always assume the firm's objective is to maximize profit.However, it is not true in reality: the realistic companies have different incentives to set multiple objectives, or the non-profit maximization objective. So in this paper, the authors assume the monopolists have the non-profit maximization objective funcation, that is, the objective is the combination of its profit and some other aim with different weights. They analyze the relationship of the firms' behavior or strategies, the relationship of the firms' aims, then discuss the firm's best response to its new objective and to its competitor. This paper specifies two kinds of multiple objectives. The first one gives some weight to the firm's own revenue, the other one takes some industrial profit level into consideration.

      Abstract:A survey of 150 consumers in Rizhao City was conducted by using Contingent Valuing Method. The consumers' willingness to buy sustainable agricultural products was researched. Based on the survey data, a Logit model was established to analyze the factors influencing consumers' willingness to buy sustainable agricultural products. The results indicate that in case of reasonable prices, consumers are willing to buy sustainable agricultural products; price significantly and negatively influence the consumers' willingness to buy sustainable agricultural products; consumers' awareness of agricultural environment problems and education significantly and positively influence the consumers' willingness to buy sustainable agricultural products.

      Abstract:The "985 project," after fourteen-year's development, has steadily moved forward with a number of disciplines at or close to top international standards. The evaluation to the achievement of each "985" college and university on this project not only helps to figure out the level of domestic undergraduate education development but also significantly benefits the government and schools to practice the future scientific development blueprint and reform policy. This paper takes the evaluation results on 2012-2013 undergraduate's majors as an example in order to show the way of presenting the evaluation object, index system, data source and process. It has, from a macro perspective, grasped the development situation on constructing the"985" schools by analyzing the excellent rate and distribution of the "985" school majors; further, it focuses on four categories analysis to reveal the development level of 985 school majors from a micro perspective.

      Abstract:In accordance with the law, prosecutorial organs supervise investigative organs' exercise of investigative rights, which should not only fix the weakness in supervision resulting from the opposition from investigative organs and lack of inner motivation as well, but also improve the lack of efficacy in supervision because of unsmooth information communication. A thorough analysis with the game theory may better deal with the interaction between the supervisor and the supervisee. Bringing in the third party, that is, parties involved and other litigation participants in specific cases may realize the maximum benefits for both game players and maximize the efficacy of supervision.

      Abstract:In recent years, Chinese charity is developing hotly,but the principle of double standard has added unnecessary difficulties to the establishment of Chinese charity,there is a single form of Chinese charity, the illegal corporative charity has not been defined effectively, there's an "illegal "phenomenon of Chinese charity. To some extent, the over cautious attitude of the government towards the non governmental organization and vague legislative rules to the non corporative charity restrict the development of charity work in China's economy.In order to smoothly develop China's charity and expand its scale and standardize this industry, it's very essential to set legal coexisting form of the corporative and non corporative charity and to clearly set rules,providing a good foundation for the establishment of China's structure of legal system of charity.

      Abstract:The emergence of Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF) and their investment sparked the debate on whether their capital gain derived from the host countries should be taxed in the area of international taxation. Currently, being considered as government-owned-or controlled-agencies, the SWF has been unilaterally immunized, or reciprocally immunized or treated like a foreign private investor. The proposal is put forth that the EU Interest Rate Directive-based model should be followed to establish worldwide sharing and exchange system of the SWF' tax information to advance the sound and sustainable development of global finance.

      Abstract:Social management mode is one of the important contents of the social management innovation. To further study the evolution of social management mode can help us clarify the dynamic mechanism of the social management innovation and development trend of social management pattern, it also can help us grasp the scientific implication of social management mode under new situation. It concludes that there are three types of social management mode in New China: all-round control, social self-government, market service. The first type is in the lead among all the years. In new period, macro-environment has changed, the social ecosystem has changed totally, we have to innovate new social management mode. To the former management mode, we must develop the useful and discard the useless, which is the basis direction of social management innovation. From being put forward to being perfected gradually, it embody the good governance theory, having abundant connotation and distinct feature.

      Abstract:After Beijing Olympic Games, all major cities in China gradually lifted the undertaking large-scale sports event's climax.The emergence of the intensive sports events has its historical inevitability. This article analyze from three aspects. First is China's national conditions. The second is the characteristics of China's transitional period. The third is from the culture and customs that sports play a festival insufficient dispensing effect. This paper also gives some specific discussion on that intensively holding large-scale sports events can bring negative effect.       Abstract:Rural governing structure changes with the strategic objective of the state's development. It is unrealistic to analyze the rural governing structure independently. It is suggested to respect the economic poverty and scattered residence features of traditional small farmers, explore the reasons of the priority on military and heavy industries in the initial developing stage of New China. This will facilitate the "Rural-Urban inequality" and to build the citizen society. Based on the analyze of the reasons, characteristics and rules of rural governing structure in modern China, this paper proposes some suggestions on promoting agricultural and rural development, so as to promote to build a harmonious society.

      Abstract:An unprecedented opportunity of art literature has brought by the upgrade from Art Theory to Art Kind. At the same time, various difficulties and challenges are brought incidentally. "Two Areas Don't Research" and "Don't Know How to Research" are the current severe problems. This article observes that a comprehensive, effective and in-depth literature search will be realized if we make a strict literature definition, which may be progressive compared with the current achievements. In addition, art literature research has a typical characteristic of cross-kind and cross subject, including such territories as Art Theory, Philology, Documentation Science, Aesthetics, History and Philosophy, all of which brings forth a higher request that the researchers should have a good knowledge of both of these areas and be cooperative.       Abstract:During the first Kuomingtang-communist party cooperation period, Taiwan youth entered the Whampoau Military Academy, inherited the spirit of Chinese nation, and followed the revolutionary thought of Sun Yat-sen. Knowing that they must save the motherland before saving Taiwan, they took part in the northern expedition and the war of resistance against Japan and became the witnesses of the two important historical Kuomintang- communist cooperation. They played an important role in Taiwan's return to the motherland and the reunification of the motherland. Kuomintang and Communist party attached importance to the anti-Japanese patriotic movements of the Taiwanese from the Whampoa Military Academy and gave effective help to them. The communist party of China's revolutionary theory had had a significant impact on the political road choice of the Taiwanese students of the Whampoa Military Academy.

      Abstract:Global ideological trend is of great realistic influence at present. Its great influence on college students is mainly reflected by their adoration of globalization, and resistance to immersion in oneself, fossilization and backwardness. It has extended their vision and scope, cultivated their angle of internationalization, enhanced their awareness of crisis, reconcilability and competition, and impacted their views of life, self value and the world.       Abstract:A philosophical accomplishment survey of 2011 new students at Nanjing University shows, most of the students hold a non-utilitarian attitude to philosophy, and pay attention to the development and improvement of their own philosophical accomplishment, but a traditional teaching mode of philosophy represented by a philosophical teaching at secondary level is no longer able to effectively meet the needs of students not only in its teaching content and teaching methods but also in its course morphological. Based on the recent practice of education reform at Nanjing University, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further enhance the philosophical accomplishment of Chinese college students from the guiding ideology, teaching methods, curriculum system, value-oriented and other aspects.
