Abstract:Provincial-level industrial data from 1999 to 2012 in China is used to study the influential factors of industrial capital allocation efficiency and regional differences. The results show that the allocation of industrial capital efficiency in the east and west are higher than that in the central. The regional differences in influential factors of industrial capital allocation efficiency are apparent. The government financial support and higher marketization process in the east promote the efficiency of industrial capital allocation. Because of the government financial investment in the west, industrial capital allocation efficiency is overvalued; marketization can amend artificially high capital allocation efficiency. The financial development in bank and market value of stock in the east promote the efficiency of industrial capital allocation, turnover of stock trading has a negative effect on efficiency of industrial capital allocation, while the influence of insurance density and market value of stock in the west and central to industrial capital allocation are insignificant.

Abstract:In order to investigate the inequality about health expenditure, we test two hypothesis of health expenditure convergence, and find that there is no single convergence in the nationwide, only convergence by cluster. In addition, we investigate the long-run relationship between health expenditure inequality, income inequality, and provincial government budget deficits by using new panel cointegration tests with health expenditure data in China's urban and rural areas. We find that the income inequality and real provincial government budget deficits are useful in explaining the disparity in health expenditure prevailing between urban and rural areas. In order to reduce health-spending inequality, we should carry out the support from wealthy coastal regions to poverty in rural areas and focus on fiscal policy shifting.

Abstract:More and more cooperation innovations are made between traditional enterprises and makerspaces to transform the industrial mode, but the issue of good faith in cooperation innovation has greatly affected the positivity and effectiveness of cooperation. With the consideration of innovative network system factors, the evolutionary game model between traditional enterprises and makerspaces is built. The model is analyzed from equilibrium stability, conditions of sincere cooperation, solution sets of cooperative space and game evolution path, and the impact of distribution ratio, cooperation coefficient, motivation factor, detection probability, penalty factor and good faith cooperation number on the game evolution is further discussed. Finally, the numerical verification is made through the simulation, and some conclusions are proposed to promote the sincere cooperation and new innovation mode upgrade.

Abstract:The macro facts of China urban and rural that the convergence of farmer's wage income and industrial difference are narrowing between regions, the trend of urban-rural income gap is the same as the share of rural per capital wage income in all regions, show that the labor force by "foot vote" will flow to the areas with smaller income gap. This research elaborates the causal relationship between labor mobility, rural per capital wage income and urban-rural income gap, and establishes simultaneous equations using 1990-2012 China provincial panel data, The results conclude:There exists inverted "U" shaped relationship between rural per capital income wage and rural average education. Labor mobility is an important way to increase rural per capita wage income and the proportion, and increasing the share of the rural per capital wage income in all regions is important to change the spatial pattern of urban-rural income gap. Therefore, for the population inflow region, larger urban-rural income gap can narrow local income gap by attracting more migrant labor; for the population outflow region, larger urban-rural income gap can narrow local income gap by adding more migrant labor to increase rural per capital wage income. However, from the viewpoint of regional proportion of rural per capital wage income in the region where the population flow in, the population inflow region form such vicious circle "lager income gap-lower proportion of rural per capital wage income-larger income gap". Finally, from the perspective of rural labor mobility, the paper attributes the spatial patterns of urban-rural income gap remains unchanged to the facts that labor mobility brings rural per capital wage income in the population inflow region more than the population outflow region, and also the urban-rural income gap in the population region narrowing more than the population outflow region.

Abstract:Through analyzing the concept of income quality, according to 1 420 survey data of households from four provinces, the paper uses two-stage confirmatory factor analysis to research income quality systems by structural equation model, and explores the rationality of income quality systems and relationships between income quality and its dimensions. The results show that path coefficients between income quality and its dimensions are significant, which infers that income quality surely consists of income adequacy, structure, stability, cost and knowledge. Income adequacy has the most important impact on income quality and score is 0.781. The impact of income stability, structure, cost and knowledge are decreasing in turn and scores are 0.541, 0.472, 0.288 and 0.259, respectively. Among the dimensions, income cost has a negative impact and the rest are positive. Therefore, besides focusing on income quantity, other income quality dimensions need to be considered.

Abstract:Knowledge production is a source of technological innovation and economic structural adjustment in China. In this paper, we consider the heterogeneity of preferences and ability about knowledge production members. First we reveal the essential characteristics of rational expectations of knowledge producers' reciprocal preferences. Then we analyze the mechanism of mutual cooperation under the circumstances of direct reciprocity, indirect reciprocity and strong reciprocity by constructing evolutionary game model. And then we investigate the seven internal economic factors which influence knowledge cooperation team and their role in the mechanism of evolutionary equilibrium. Finally we draw a conclusion that the clear intellectual property rights are the external system which can promote mutually beneficial cooperation in knowledge work teams.

Abstract:Analyzing principal-agent problem between executives and controlling shareholders has very important roles based on the characteristic of single controlling shareholder in Chinese listing company under the framework of principal agent theory. This paper introduces reputation incentive mechanism based on the assumption of both executives and controlling shareholders are bounded rational. Then it uses evolutionary game theory to analyze the process of motivate executives, the interactive mechanism of whether the executives work hard or not and whether controlling shareholders supervise or not. It reveals the evolutional process of executives and controlling shareholders in the principal-agent relationship based on the consideration of reputation. And then the paper analyzes the key factors which impact the stability of dynamic system. The results show that there doesn't exist optimal stability strategy but with three local stability strategies. Finally, it proposes to design reasonable incentive mechanism in order to make principal-agent mechanism converge to an ideal state of optimal aim, through combined explicit incentive mechanism such as stock rights and stock option, beef up the penalties for shirking and opportunistic behaviors of executives and implicit incentive mechanism such as hire high reputation executives to make managers' personal interest close to company interest.

Abstract:At present, the competition between enterprises and enterprises has been gradually transformed into competition between supply chain and supply chain, supply chain management has gradually become the important strategy of enterprises to obtain competitive advantage while promoting the integration between the supply chain members is the key to the success of supply chain management. Based on researches about supply chain integration, the article discusses the evolution of supply chain integration from two dimensions:strength and span. Then, the article points out that the behavior of supply chain members depends on relationship learning in the process of supply chain integration. This article provides a new angle to understand the supply chain integration. What's more, the article uses the case of Yonghui to supplement the theory.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the impact of business entertainment expenses on corporate performance, and adjustment effect of an "eight-point" guideline on the impaction. Using China's A-share 855 listed companies in 2011-2014 as research samples, this study finds that, business entertainment expenses have an inverted U-shaped relationship with corporate performance, the impaction of business entertainment expenses on corporate performance partly was replaced by internal control; Moderate levels of business entertainment expenses works best. There is a more significant substitution effect between eight regulations and internal control.

Abstract:Because of shortcomings of traditional evaluation method for project investment, we adopt CFaR(Cash Flow at Risk)in the Agadem Oil Exploration Block (AOEB). It is found that the CFaR reflects the investment risk profile of the project more authentically and practically, compared to NPV and other evaluation method, which is more conducive to investors to make decisions.

Abstract:In order to promote the construction and development of specialties and disciplines in Chinese universities, the Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation evaluated the competitiveness of 478 specialty, 92 disciplines and 12 subject categories of 945 universities in 2016, and analyzed the results combined with nearly three years of data. The research shows that the comprehensive strength of China's undergraduate disciplines of universities has a significant difference among "985" universities, "211" universities and general level universities. In order to make progress, universities should not only highlight fetures and superiorities both but also pay attention to the balanced development.

Abstract:Using word frequency analysis method and with the help of Bicomb and CiteSpaceIII to analyze hot spots of high education in 2009-2014 from multi-angle, getting data sources from the National Education Sciences Planning Project, Doctoral & Master degree's dissertations, and essays on national core journals of the high education, we find out that nearly six years, hot spots are consist of teaching evaluation, quality education, displaying characteristics, promoting the Marxism popularization, Chinese characteristics, depth cooperation, professors' academic management and so on.In the next few years, moral values establishment and people cultivation, internal governance structure, the pattern of economic development, the academic committee, the professor committee will become the cutting-edge of higher education discipline research field.

Abstract:In this paper, the 40 kinds of social science journals, which are included in "Chinese Journal of Humanities and Social Science Evaluation Report 2014", are studied. Combined with one hand survey data and some public data, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the comprehensive influence of academic journals to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive influence of the authority academic journals. The research finds that the ratio of funded papers, online download rates, overseas papers, the composite total citation, the reprint rate of the three main abstracts, and the rate of reprint and copy of information center for social sciences of Renmin University of China, have a positive correlation with the composite impact factor of the authoritative journals. The higher the digital level of journals, the higher the composite impact factor, but authority journals have a relatively low proportion of micro blog and micro channel platforms, and only a few of them are published in priority. Authoritative journals are mostly cited by other publications. The composite impact factor of authoritative journals are closely related to the influence of journals, the popular degree of the subject, the setting of columns and the quality of the articles. There are always differences of impact factor between the different disciplines journals. Finally, according to the conclusion, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward to improve the comprehensive influence of academic journals.

Abstract:The way of public participation in environmental protection is a special law design for the participation of environmental governance, which responds to the institutional demand of the study on environmental governance.After straightening out the formation of logic, it can be found that "participation" is the key that "governance" is different from the "rule" and "management", its advantage is that it can provide effective correction program. Through remodeling of personality to the participant, citizens and consumers in the environmental governance of identity are to be clear, which separated can become the main body of the state, society and market, which put together can become environmental governance. The reality is that the problem lies in the loss of the decision makers, such as the weakening of the identity of the participants. To this end, improving the decision-making, implementation, supervision, is the correct way to solve the problem.

Abstract:Ecological civilization system and culture are commensurable because of their interaction. Culture is the internal support of ecological civilization system which influences the origin, evolution and effectiveness on the ecological civilization system. Ecological civilization system is the external manifestation of culture which reflects and balances diverse cultural conflict. The effectiveness of the ecological civilization system to play needs the integration between it and cultural and commensurability provides precondition for their integration. Analyzing the commensurability between ecological civilization system and culture can help us to seek paths for their integration in order to improve the culturally appropriate of current ecological civilization system and facilitate it more effectively.

Abstract:The modern natural law concept provides value guidance for the construction of legal system of ecological benefits. Ecological welfare, to meet the needs of the residents' survival and development, is provided by the government in the form of public service focusing on the social ecological benefits. Starting with balancing the ecological interests, the legal system means to realize the ultimate goal of sharing the ecological welfare. The legal system of ecological welfare corresponds with the concept of the modern natural law on the value's starting point, mediation and target dimension. The construction of the legal ecological welfare system should follow the guidance of the "rational concept", "human equity", and the "social contract", which come from the modern natural law, and respect reason. Based on the collective sharing of human rights, it is meant to realize the fair sharing of ecological welfare, and the distribution should stay under the supervising of the government.

Abstract:Most people think the "temptation investigation" in modern Chinese is said "entrapment" in the USA and UK criminal law. American and British have a positive attitude to the "temptation investigation of opportunity". This method has become edge tool they deal with "Criminal cases of no specific victim". But after thorough investigation it is found that the "entrapment" is just a legal defense of the defendant in the US and UK criminal law, it is not a separate investigation.

Abstract:Traditional theory of aggravated consequential offense emphasizes the decision of aggravated result of crime, blurs the subjective aspect of the crime to the aggravated consequential offense, splits the behavior of the subjective aspect and objective aspect, distorts the concept of behavior, and falls in judgment errors. Therefore, we need to ensure fault principle, correct prejudices in the traditional culpability theory that judges the crime purely due to actor's subjective state of mind, affirm the core role of subjective fault in the identification of crime, and investigate the development process and its realization degree of behavior cause and effect from the subjective fault. At the same time, we need to clearly define the control connotation of behavior concept, reveal the essence of the crime origination and protect the opposite will interests in the criminal law, then grasp aggregated consequential offense from the sins of feason.

Abstract:Publishing extrajudicial statements is a litigation strategy adopted by lawyers to shape public opinion then affect trial results. Penalty of lawyers' inappropriate statements in Criminal Law Amendment (Ⅸ) violates the modest restraint of criminal law, and does not comply with the principle of legality. To safeguard the authority of law, a defense system composed of legal interpretation, "notwithstanding clause" and jurisdiction avoidance should be constructed to regulate lawyers' extrajudicial statements. Also, American Bar Association's restriction and protection measures should be learned to protect lawyers' freedom of expression and meanwhile impose qualification penalty on lawyers whose inappropriate statements cause serious consequences and adverse effects.

Abstract:Based on analyzing and summarizing the development history of China's government micro-blog, and system analysis of the relative conceptions and their connections, this research puts forward an evaluation index system of interactive degree of government and citizen in government micro-blog. Through the case study of the sample government micro-blog in Chongqing, this research has proved the practicality and reliability of this index system. It will provide scientific theoretical foundation for the practical application and evaluation of the government micro-blog, and bring into full interactivity of it.

Abstract:As an important alternative mechanism, executives' political relations play an more significant role in the market mechanism which is not sound. This paper analyzes the mechanism which executives' political relations affect the performance of private enterprises from the perspective of embedded systems. The institutional environment is the key and dominant variables to affect and promote executives' political relations in the private enterprises. Executives' political relations have effect on the short-term performance and long-term corporate performance by the corporate behavior, such as enterprise financing behavior, enterprise tax behavior, enterprise growth behavior, etc., as intermediary role.

Abstract:Based on the theory of attitude-behavior relations, this research builds the framework model to make the empirical study by using the community elderly care service sample from Chengdu city, Sichuan province. The empirical data results indicate that the community trust is positively and significantly affected by two factors, the perceived community image and the perceived community service quality, and the community trust further promotes the resident's intention to take part in the community elderly care service. Moreover, the community trust partly mediates the relationship from the perceived community image to the community trust, and fully mediates the relationship from the perceived community service quality to the community trust. Therefore, the empirical results of this research can provide some guidance for understanding the importance of community trust in the community elderly care service management practices.

Abstract:Doctor-patient relationship is complicated system engineering, involving many influence factors. Recent doctor-patient relationship researches mainly focus on two players which are doctors and patients. It's a comparatively narrow sense. Based on researches before, this paper proposes five main influence players of doctor-patient relationship:government, hospital administrator, medical staff, media, and patient. According to these five players, and consulting with other experts, we systemize the index system proposed by other researchers, and then initially establish a new doctor-patient relationship index system by using factor analysis. Furthermore, we study the structure and reasonableness of the index system with interpretative structural modeling (ISM). The proposed comprehensive doctor-patient relationship index system is worthy in assessment and influence factor analysis of doctor-patient relationship. And it contributes to the establishment of cross-region general doctor-patient relationship index system.
