Abstract:Based on evolutionary game theory, we analyze the interactive behavior of land use in urbanized areas and agricultural areas and simulate with empirical data. The difference of the proportion of economic growth and cultivated land protection in different regions should be large enough to reduce the non-cooperative land use among region of different resource endowments. The "big stick" policy helps promote cooperation among local governments, and the carrot policy based on the "big stick" policy is more effective. Non-marketization of land expropriation compensation price is not conducive to local governments to implement land intensive use of cooperation. Therefore, promoting the intensive use of construction land needs to focus on allocating land resources according to the land use efficiency, establishing the land intensive use incentive mechanism on the punishment mechanism, and realizing the full market circulation of the surplus land index, promoting land acquisition compensation price marketization, in accordance with different areas to implement a large enough differential performance evaluation system. In the long run, it is necessary to use zoning control instead of index control to promote intensive use of construction land.

Abstract:In order to explore a more suitable land intensive use evaluation method, this paper evaluated 11 typical development zone land intensive use with the theory of gray and matter element model, and the results were compared with that by comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that:Nanjing Development Zones intensive land level shows a significant difference, only the Nanjing high tech Industrial Development Zone, Nanjing economic and Technological Development Zone intensive land use level is "highly intensive level ", the rest of development zones intensive land use level is "moderate intensive level" and "light intensive level"; The main limiting factors of intensive land use in Nanjing development zones are different, but the main factors are comprehensive volume ratio, comprehensive volume ratio of industrial land, fixed assets investment intensity of industrial land, industrial output intensity, and so on; Compared with multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method, the mater-element model not only can reflect comprehensive intensive level of evaluation objects, also can reflect intensive level of single index of evaluation objects, and also can reflect the steady state level and transformation trend of evaluation object and its single index. Due to matter-element model can reflect more abundant information, so it is a valuable method in land intensive use assessment.

Abstract:This paper employs PSTR model and empirically tests the nonlinear relationship between financial market development and the status as international reserve using 1993-2013 panel data. The results are as follows:firstly, the nonlinear relationship between financial market size, efficiency and international reserve status is significant; secondly, financial market efficiency has more effect on reserve status than financial market size; thirdly, opening financial market quickly is not a good way to improving RMB as international reserve.

Abstract:Firstly, this paper analyzes synergy connotation and realization mechanism between fiscal and financial service and the construction of new agricultural management system. Then, this paper analyzes reasons for why fiscal and financial service and the construction of new agricultural management system are not coordinated on the basis of measuring synergy degree. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions about synergy effects of fiscal and financial service supporting the construction of new agricultural management system to achieve agricultural transformation and upgrading. According to the study, we find that existing fiscal and financial aid-agriculture service is built on rural household management.In the process of transforming traditional agriculture management to modern agriculture, constructing new agricultural management system will bring huge investment risk and uncertainty which will make the existing fiscal and financial services and the construction of new agricultural management system inconsistent.so it is necessary to promote fiscal and financial services innovation in order to ensure the synergy between fiscal and financial service and the construction of new agricultural management system. In fact, the synergy is a new equilibrium relationship between supply and demand of fiscal and financial services.

Abstract:Based on competition strategy of B2C import cross-border E-commerce, this paper chooses almost all sellers' sales and revenue in three kinds of best selling goods as dependent variable, and 12 explanatory variables based on reputation priority theory from Fudenberg and cost leading strategy from Porter. Then, it uses OLS regression method to analyze the impaction of explanatory variables on sales and revenue. The results of research show that most of the explanatory variables are significant to the independent variable. So the paper puts forward reputation priority strategic mode, reputation priority plus pricing strategy, reputation priority plus logistics strategy to diapers, milk powder and the mask sellers respectively. The research results can help cross-border retailers analyze the market more reasoningly, make better and more reasonable strategic mode, has a good practical significance.

Abstract:In order to compete with the manufacturer, the retailer is beginning to take advantage of his offline channel to provide service for customers so as to promote demand. However, the service in the offline channel also has a spillover effect on the demand of manufacturer's online channel. This in turn makes the retailer lose the would-be demand. Under such situation, this paper investigates a cooperative scheme design issue for O2O namely online and offline channels. In order to solve this issue, a Stackelberg game model between the manufacturer and the retailer under the decentralized setting is built. Then, the impacts of service spillover effect and price competition degree between channels on optimal solutions are analyzed. On the basis of the centralized setting, a cooperative scheme for online and offline channels based on demand inducing is put forward. The results show that the retailer's enthusiasm for providing service will not always be inhibited. Moreover, the spillover effect can adjust the price competition according to the market share. Under the cooperative scheme, system-wide optimization can be achieved and supply chain members' Pareto improvements can be realized via arbitrary allocation of the system profit. Finally, the effectiveness of the cooperative scheme is verified through numerical examples.

Abstract:It does not matter good or evil that human nature covers animal attributes and social attributes. The former covers two kinds of natural attributes which are sexual impulses and survival desire, and the latter includes cohesive combination mode and group life style. Family law legislation is not directly based on human nature but there should be the intervention of marriage and family ethics which is the result of moral evaluation of animal attributes and social attributes. Marriage ethics should regulate sexual impulses and cohesive combination mode in the ways of sexual taboos and chastity idea respectively. Family ethics should regulate survival desire and group life style in the way of the principle of non-injury, "cohabitation" concept and equal ethical spirit of property rights. Family law legislation should absorb marriage and family ethics to "do something but not everything". The humanity hypothesis of good and evil is the key reason affecting the value orientation of China and western family law. China's family law legislation should be based on individualism taking into account of the family-based holism.

Abstract:Although China's legal norms on foundation information disclosure is comprehensive and detailed, but negative news caused by information opacity still continue.The reason is that China's foudation information disclosure legal system still exist problems of scope of compulsory public information too narrow, legal responsibility system not perfect, legal provisions too careless, low degree information disclosure, unreasonable manner, and poor disclosure effect. To improve the transparency and credibility of foudations, we should focus on the development of information disclosure standards, clear information disclosure scope and degree, improving information disclosure system and constructing public information network platform, the establishment of foundation compulsory disclosure rules, perfecting the legal liability system and the reform of dual supervision system.

Special jurisdiction, as a a special system for specialized courts to resolving the increasingly specialized and refined modern civil disputes, should clarify its system application legal validity, and build up its effectiveness security system consistent with its institutional purpose.

Abstract:At present, duty crimes in proverty alleviation field are becoming more serious in China. It will not only make poverty alleviation work deviate from its objective to alleviate social contradictions and promote common prosperity, but also shake up the political identity of the masses and affect national security. Moreover, the greater the poverty alleviation work, the more the funding of poverty alleviation projects, the more serious the consequences will be. In order to stop this development momentum, we must strengthen the mechanism construction of integration of punishment and prevention of duty crimes. Abstract:The rural left-behind elderly are special groups which need special attention. It is an important guarantee to effectively grasp the psychological needs of the left-behind elderly in rural areas to improve the quality of old-age care for them. In this paper, 915 rural left-behind elderly completed a questionnaire about their psychological needs for living, happiness, respect and achievement. Based on the revealing of their psychological needs characteristics, the psychological support system construciton to meet their needs was discussed.

Abstract:College student leaders' role awareness directly affects their behavior way and the positive effect of group action. It also affects college education quality and educational training task. This study investigated college students by self-compiled questionnaire. In the period of social transformation it compared college student leaders' role awareness from pursuit of motivation, eligibility criteria, generation mode, role play, value orientation. The results showed that:college student leaders' role awareness has changed obviously for more than ten years. Based on the new features of student leaders' role awareness, the paper put forward suggestions of cultivating contemporary college students' role awareness from four aspects.
