  • 1  EFFECT OF MICRO-GALLIUM ON THE INTERGRANULAR SEGREGATINN OF PHOSPHORUS IN CARBON STEELS

    Abstract:
    The effect of small amounts of gallium on the intergranular segregation of phosphorus in carbon steels is discussed, with the help of the impact test, fracture morphology and micro-structure analyses, combined with composition analysis on the fracture surfaces by Auger electronspectrometer. The results show that gallium in the steel with a content of gallium more than ten thou-sandth can suppress, to some extent, the intergranular segregation of phosphorus and retard the tempering process. As a result, the temper embrittlement of the steel disappears and the embrittlement transition temperature declines.

    Abstract:
    The changes of Al2O3 and the properties, such as basicity, metting point and viscosity, of the mould flux when continuously casting the steels containg Al are discussed. In order to obtain a stable quality in the flux, the functions of content MnO are also studied. As a result, a reasonable composition of flux for this purpose is suggested.

    Abstract:
    The influence of temperature and stress state on delamination in the pipe-line steel has been studied by tensile tests at different temperature and stress states. It is found that the' delamination always takes place along the centerline segregation band in pipe-line steel produced by continuous casting and then controlled rolling. At room temperature, the delamination appears to be caused by micrbvoid nucleation and coalecence. And the delamination appears to be caused by the cleavage cracking along (100) plane at low temperatur.e. The best way to eliminate the delamination is to reduce the degree of centerline segregation.

    Abstract:
    So far, the accuracy of the existing methods of fault location based on calculating the impedance at only one terminal of lines is certainly affected by the variation of the system impedance at the remote end. In accordance with parallel lines' special characteristics, this paper presents a method that can calculate the system impedance of the remote end when one of the two lines has fault, so that the effect of its variation can be eliminated completely. This method has been tested by the computer digital simulation, and the results are very satisfactory.

    Abstract:
    Three symmetrical component algorithms are presented in this paper. Walsh algorithm, half-cycle Fourier algorithm and half-cycle Fourier alogrithm of changing correlating functions on the (l,o) plane. And as these algorithms have the advantages of fast respondence, high accuracy and less calculation amount, calculation can be done with a cheap microcomputer.

    Abstract:
    A new approach based on sensitivity method for the optimal power flow is presented in the paper. This method has the following advantages: it is suitable to solve a 200-node power system on the microcomputer; the convergence is easy to reach and the computation speed is quick; it is possible to reduce 8-14% power loss and to get maximum economic benefit by using this method; in power system dispatch center it can be used as an on-line voltage and reactive power control program to keep good voltage level. The proposed method has been proved successful by IEEE 118-node test system and the several real power systems such as 49-node, 61-node, 99-node and 200-node systems.

    Abstract:
    The rhcological properties of cow's milk and cervical mucus arc studied in this paper and the macroscopic rheological models of this two living fluids are obtained. On the basis of following the cow's estrous and gestational period, and investigating the effect of milk's components and cow's health state on the rheological properties. we are trying to set up two kinds of quantitattvely rheological standards used for i) determining the cow's estrus and early gestation, ii) verifying the quality and the nourishing value of milk for development of the fast-testing instrument of the quality of milk, respectively.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, the bleaching of and the adding perfume of the bamboo material are systematically studied by using BI as the bleacher. The Best perscription of bleaching and perfume solution is made up and the process is drawn up. SI is selected as a better stabilizer with the optimum method. Some factors of the effect on bleaching are studied And a new method is used to test the strength of bamboo material as well as the state of its surface. Satisfactory results are obtained through a great number of experiments.

    Abstract:
    According to the weight stress field, the seismic stress field, the temperature stress field in the composite stratified rock mass, the initial stress field in rock mass is discussed theoretically in this paper. The obtained results are useful to make a recognition of the initial stress field in the composite stratified rock mass caused by influencing each other with different physical and mechanical properties between the rock beams.

    本文利用拓扑度理论及Morse型数与拓扑度的关系,给出了文[2]中有关渐近二次函数的临界点的一个存在性定理的另一证明,并且获得了其临界点存在唯一的一个充要条件和两个充分条件;我们还简单地导出了文[1]、[2]中得到的渐近二次函数存在非平凡临界点的部分结论;最后,在Hilbert空间上的C~2实值函数有紧梯度场的假设条件下,给出了文[2]中的三临界点定理的一种加强形式。

    In this paper, dynamic analyses are made for (he pump and energy-store hydrauic system in a 3150 ton tube and form-bur press machine. The formulas for calculation are derived, and the so are the relationship between the press and the displacement, and the velocity and the acceleration. Numerical calculations are also made. The calculated results coincide with the measured data. The method in this paper has a universal reference meaning for all types of press machines with the type pump and energy-store hydraulic system.

    Abstract:
    Arc approximation method is widely used in machining those parts contoured by various complex plane curves. In this paper, several arc approximation methods are reviewed, and the algorithm of the optimum arc approximation, which ensures the continuity of derivatives, is established. The algorithm presented can be used to precisely machine the parts with complex plane curves and the revolving body with a curved surace. In addition, it can also be used in part-programming of CNC machining.

    This paper presents two kinds of algorithms for generating the meshes automatically in three-dimensional finite element analysis. The method can be used in analysing those components configured by three-dimensional solidity, multi-connective regions and rotary shell with arbitrary generatrix.     Abstract:
    On the basis of the relation between truncation and rounding errors of difference approximation, the interval formula which can minimize the total error is founded. The method choosing optimum interval is applied to unconstrained VMM(Variable Metric Method), SUMT-DFP, and constrained VMM. Three optimization methods with optimum difference approximations are presented. These methods are very efficient, especially when dealing with complex problem functions.

    Based on the experience obtained in safty evaluation of pressure vessels, points for attention in the evaluation work are pointed out, problems concerning the present criterion of evaluation are discussed, and meanwhile safty evaluation is done for a pressnoe vessel in service, with satisfactory results.
