    Abstract:
    The concept of emergency logistics was proposed first in China and aboard first. The emerging background, definition , research content, theory value and application potential of emergency logistics were stated. The government harmony mechanism, mobilization-in-mass mechanism, legal safeguard mechanism and emergency passage mechanism were discussed. Realization way of emergency logistics by constituting emergency disposal organization, establishing technological platform and starting using emergency measures were put forward.

    Abstract:
    A Coptis Chinesis is the dry rhizoma of ranunculaceous Coptis Chinesis Franch or Coptis deltoidea C. 7. Cheng et Hisao, or Coptis teeta Wall. It is the traditional Chinese herb, which is used in the contagious diseases. In recent years, its new pharmacological actions have been reported, which are antitumour, hypoglycemic response, immunoloregulation, improving the functions of cardiovascular. The important pharmacological functions of Coptis Chinesis are hypoglycemic response, improving the functions of cardiovascular, antitumour. With the deeply researching of Coptis Chinesis pharmacology, and the continuous founding of pharmacological mechanism, new preparation will be widely applied in the clinic.

    Abstract:
    Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is a new two-step time-frequency analytic method to analyze the nonlinear and non-stationary signal. The key step of this method is empirical mode decomposition(EMD) method with which any complicated data set can be decompose into a finite and often small number of intrinsic mode functions(IMF). Using Hilbert transform to those IMF components can yield instantaneous frequency, the final presentation of this results is a energy frequency-time distribution, designated as the Hilbert spectrum. Examples from the numerical results of signal de-noising are given to demonstrate the power of this new method, those results can clarity the advance and efficient of this method.

    Abstract:
    Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is an effective method to evaluate many comprehensive problems and is widely used in environmental engineering, mining engineering and so on. The popular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed and some irrationality is found in its max-min algorithm and maximal subordinate degree principle. An altered arithmetic is proposed, and a technique of synthetic grade is introduced as the final evaluating result. The application case proves that the evaluating result with new method is more reliable.

    Abstract:
    The paper studies the theory about the corrosion as well as the broken point of the grounding grid in power plants and substations. By using sensitivity analysis, failure diagnosis equation is put up through rigorous theoretical analysis. Meanwhile the problem of morbid equation is solved by introducing lowest energy theory and technique of optimiation to diagnosis equation solution of grounding grid combined with definite constraint condition and linear or non-linear objective function, the fault diagnosis equation is discussed. The results of emulation calculation and analogous experiments verify the correctness,feasibility and practicality of the theory and method.

    Abstract:
    多糖对肿瘤、病毒、心血管等方面具有独特的生物活性,且细胞毒性很低,因此多糖的分离及纯化一直是一个很有意义的研究课题.实验以多糖损失率和脱蛋白率(r)为衡量指标,通过对几种脱蛋白方法的比较,优化出植物多糖提取液的脱蛋白方法,为多糖的纯化提供了一定的参考.选用了3种较为常见的方法:三氯乙酸法、盐酸法及沙维积法(Sevag 法)对植物多糖提取液进行脱蛋白处理.三氯乙酸法、盐酸法及Sevag法的脱蛋白率分别为46.1%、72.5%和42.3%,多糖损失率分别为6.1%、15.1%和14.3%.盐酸法脱蛋白率高,但它的多糖损失率较高;三氯乙酸法较温和,但除蛋白效率不高;Sevag法的脱蛋白效果不及前两种方法.

    Abstract:
    The principal purpose of this study is to investigate the association between the efficiency of value-added by a major components of a firm's resource (human capital,physical capital and structural capital) and corporate performance (profitability).Data consists of 30 firms are drown from computer area.Empirical analysis is conducted with correlation and linear multiple regression analysis.Findings from empirical analysis indicate that association between physical capital and profitability is statistically significant,there is a positive relation between human capital and firm performance,but not statistically significant.Accordingly, we analyse the factors that probably affect the findings.

    Abstract:
    The fault character of moving parts of rotating machinery most time is speed related. The method of order spectrum analysis is more efficient than usual frequency analysis.Two general methods for realizing order tracking are discussed, and a new order tracking method based on time-frequency analysis is proposed. The time frequency order tracking method only depends on software for order tracking, which is a strong supplement to traditional methods, and specially satisfied the require of virtual instruments, so there is a good prospect for its using.

    Abstract:
    The vehicle's driving performances is determined by the control strategies and constructions of hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). The constructions of HEV are classified according to the change of state of charge of battery pack, and a study on current situation and trend of control strategies for HEV is presented in this paper. The research indicated that the current control strategies for HEV are not perfect and need further optimization. The control strategies should realize the optimum match among engine, motor, battery and transmission according to the characteristics of each component and vehicle's driving conditions. Many aspects including the fuel economy, emission, the life of battery pack, drivability, the reliability of each component and HEV's manufacture cost should be considered in the control strategies. A study on the control strategies and its optimization that take account of the aspects mentioned above is a work emphasis in the future. This paper also points out the PHEV equipped with small motor, small engine and continuously variable transmission is an ideal system construction for getting optimal fuel economy, lower emissions, steady drivability, lower manufacture cost and HEV's mass.

    Virtual instrumentation makes great progress in instrument developing. LabVIEW is a graphical programming language that uses icons instead of lines of text to create applications. It has been used widely to develop virtual instrument. This paper studies how to drive common DAQ system presents several methods to realize it, builds a shared library adapting to AC6010, and develops a low-cost and good-capability DAQ system.

    Abstract:
    Based on the theory of multi body dynamic, the paper established the front suspension model of vehicle. The uniform optimization object function, including the tolerance of front wheel orientation angles' practical value and set value under full load, and the changing value of each parameter during wheel fluctuating is put forward. Utilizing this model, the original suspension is optimized and the variation of each parameter with front wheel fluctuation is calculated. The optimized driving operation performance resulted from the analysis and application.

    Abstract:
    The comprehensive utilizations of discarded tobacco leaves are discussed, from which different products such as nicotine,solanesol,amino acid,organic acids,organic fertilizer and activated carbon can be gotten. In extracting,purifi-cating and measuring useful composition of different kinds from tobacco leaves, their properties, especially the stability of solanesol in the sunlight and different solvents have been further research. Comparing and summing up the methods of nicotine, solanesol and their properties and utilizations, as well as the comprehensive utilizations at home and abroad, it helps to make good use of tobacco waste and obtain more tobacco leaves products of high value.

Diversification has been one of the most popular development modes that corporations all over the world pursued since 1960's. This paper re-examines the economic performance of China listed corporations and designs the measure index system of diversification strategy and economic performance. Moreover, it adopts empirical study on the relationship between them through the approaches such as regression model, variance analysis.
