Abstract:In this paper we explain the method of the measurement of the wormwheel profile error with the three coordinate measuring machine. We first establish the wormwheel theoritical tooth profile equation according to the gear engage principle, then write the computing program and calculate the wormwheel theoritical profile, next analyse and calculate the error of the gage head interference. At last, we work out the measuring program and get the wormwheel profile measured with the three-coordinate measuring machine.

Abstract:The improved isoparametric shell element and the biased Isoparametric beam element are applied to the composite structures which consist of cubic chunks and stiffened shells. A flexible and practical method is found for this type of composite structure. The example shows that the theory and program are efficient.

Abstract:The limitation of LMS adaptive noise cancelling (ANC ) is analyzed here. Based on the discussing of general signal and noise model of process detection control system, a fast adaptive filtering(FAF) is proposed on the basis of modelling the correlativity between the noise and it's correlative noise with the view of large noise. Fast transversal filtering ( FTF ) adaptive, algorithms is used to imitate the correlative modelling. Both simulation and experiments show that the method presented in this paper is suitable for the process detection control system , and it exhibts better results than the LMS noise cancelling method.

Abstract:The author introduces some basic ideas and methods of artificial intelligence into an information management system,and therefore proposes a design for the information management system which has the ability of inexact reasoning based on the certainty knowledge. According to the design, the system can also be made with the flexibility of change and expansion, and good adaptability for application. This paper describles the design and its programing skill in detail.

Abstract:An experimental study was carried out for the condensation heat transfer on the three dimensional extended surface tube attached by a porous drainage strip. The results show that the combination of the three dimensional extended surface and the porous drainage strip is the effective method enhancing condensation heat tiansfer on the horizontal tube. The change of the shape arid depth of the axial grooves results in a 10% vaitation of condensation heal transfer coei ficienls. In the range of the experiments, for aocohol as the working fluid, the enhancement is up to 152%, and for water, 185% as compared with the horizontal low-finned tube.

Abstract:This paper reports on application of network flow programming to the real power economic redispatch with security constraints. For the contingency state which violates the line security constraints , the re-dispatching is performed by eliminating the curtailment of real loads. The network flow model is incremental, and is solved by OKA. Therefore, it is very simple, fast and accurate. The model and its solution algorithm are tested on JEEE 30 bus system and the encouraging results are obtained.

Abstract:A new concept dafincd as k-weak minimal cut set, which, is used to characterize the weakness of the weak link set, is established in this paper. Based on this concept, a fast algcrithm or searching k-weak minimal cut set in large scale networks is proposed. From the analysis of computation complexity, it is shown that the frequency count of the algorithm is much lower and the algorithm is powerful to adequacy evaluation of the transmission capacity in large scale networks.

Abstract:By using the least pth min-max method, we find the best approximation of involute ptofile by peach-shaped ring section. The error of approximation is less than that of [ 1 ] and [2]. Thus we provide a new direction for dressing of a wheel for involute gear forming-grinding. In order to simplify calculation, we define the error function according to implicit equation of curve and as a result its rationalization is proved.
