    介绍了现有几种椭圆偏振光谱分析方法的现状,分别对其优缺点进行了评述。着重介绍了作者提出的V_(op) -λ谱图表示的方法,其优点是只需直接测得光学参量及其变化规律,而无需对被测对象作出模型假定,光谱图中谱峰能表征表面状态和结构的变化。

    将计算流体力学引入工业炉热工领域。通过求解三维紊流Nauier—Stokes和K-ε双方程模型对单侧上烧咀均热炉内的流动场进行了研究。提出了在此种均热炉上使用高速烧咀,探讨了炉内流场结构与烧咀出口速度及排烟口形式的关系。

    Abstract:
    The mechanism of heat transfer during sheet metals heating with impinging jet in a rapid heating furnace is studied with experiments and mathematical simulating methods. It is shown that the heat exchange between metals and impinging jet occurs mainly in the lower region of the hearth,most of which is carried out in the manner of convective heat transfer,and the convective portion of the total heat fluxing to metal is up to 80%. Furthermore,it is also found that the reverse heat flux from metals to the wall, which is a new heat transfer phenomenon, takes place in the late heating period, and the intenser the convective heat transfer in the furnace is, the earlier the reverse radiation occurs.

    Abstract:
    The computation principle for the pipe-casing gun of the equal acress-section area is studied by applying the basic theory of compressible. The aerodynamic parameter of the pipecasing gun and the friction factor of rustless sted-pipes and copper-pipes of different diameters are measured. On the basis of this measurement, the outlet-velcity profile and the change of the rate and pressure on the axis are measured. The results show that the friction factor measured is reliable and the computation method is practical.

    Abstract:
    A probabilistic production costing method for multistates and multiblocks of units is presented in this paper. The mixtures of normal distributions are used to represent the power of the system and the load. The energy, reliability and production costs are calculated directly from the analytical formulae. Numeral examples demonstrate that the algorithm presented in the paper is accurate and efficient.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a new method for digital simulation of equivalent circuit parameters and port currents of the short circuit fault port for each sequence networks in power systems with variable configuration and parameters. If the electric values for single-line-to-ground short ciruit are calculated in detail,the other faults at the same location can be rapidly obtained by using the proportional coefficients of the same sequence port current. In this method,the modifications of Z-bus or Y-bus matrices for each sequence network, and the repeated of calculations of the short circuit calculation have been completly avoided.

    Abstract:
    A method of generation distribution factor which considers the frequency charcteristic for power system contingency evaluation is presented. The method reasonably considers the influence of frequency change caused by generator outage on load flow distribution. An example its given, and its result shows that the method not only ensures the fast speed for generator outage simulation, but also improves the calculation accuracy in power system contingency evaluation.

    Based on the forming and meshing theories of gears, the relationship between machining parameters and driving quatity of straight bevel gears has been discussed. The forming and meshing processes have been simulated with a microcomputer. The correctness of the theoretical analysis and calculation has been proved by shaping experiment.

    The auto-measurement of incremental linear transducer by a micro-computer is described and the data of the incremental linear transducer are gained by a computer. Under the control of the computer programme, the on-line datum processing is done and the power spectrum of the data is analyzed by the computer. Thus the auto-measurement of the incremental linear transducer is realized.

    Abstract:
    An Analyzing method for the two dimensional laser focal film speckle image is introduced, and an analysis system is presented based on the method. The relationship between the gray level and the desity on the film is established according to the characteristics of CCD camera. An estimation formula of the laser energy generating the speckles and a formula to caculate the contrast ratio of the film are also established on the basis of the laser energy decreasing ratio and the physical property of the film . This paper discussed in detail the importance, method and caculation formula to obtain an image which possess entire information of laser energy by inlaying every smaller film speckle to the biggest one . The influence of the background density of the film to the integration of the energy is also discussed and the method to eliminate the influence is presented.

    This paper presents a new method of expert controller, which is gotten by means of combining the technique of expert system with predictor control. The method adopts the multimode control as well as on-line characteristic identification so that the controller could not only give full play to the expert' s experience but also reflect the accuracy of predictor algorithm in control process. The simulation shows that the method has strong Robustness and good adaptability even when the object varies or the load changes suddenly, or something unexpected happenes with the system.
