    Abstract:
    A new method, based on the direct method of weighting multiple normal distri butions, is proposed to evaluate the production costs of two interconnected systems. It can be applied in calculation of expected power generation, reliability indexes and production coats of two interconnected systems without their load correlation. The effect of the linking line on the interconnection is also studied.

    After analyzing the ten-year load data of a real power system, a novel method, with the help of Edgeworth progression has been developed to determine the representative daily load curve, which is useful in power generation planning. The method is successful to avoid the random and subjective factors in the exiting method of curve-making.

    This paper combines the energy input-output model with an optimal bicriterion model, and uses the grey system theory to set up an optimal bicriterion grey input-output(OBGIO)model. This paper also put forward some amendments to bicriterion algorithm. Finally, the OBGIO model is used to optimize the energy economic structure of a city, and analyze its potentiality on the structural energy saving.

    基于实际输电网运行方式的多样性,提出了输电费用法潮流在安全经济扩展网络规划优化中具有较直流潮流更优的分布方案——这与人们长期以来的观点是相悖的,从而经其使用方法的改进为得到技术上可行、经济上更优的规划方案提供了可能。以此为基础,整个规划过程可分为初选网络、扩展网络和安全扩展网络三步相连的协调计算过程。该方法已在某省电网规划中应用,并经IEEE6节点实验系统的计算分析,表明了方法的优势和实用性。

But since the relations between the local small electric network and the state big one have not been straightened out, the development of rural electrification has not yet rapidly gone ahead. This paper analyzed this unsolved problem and suggested an assumption of setting up some local stock power companies, so as to have a possibility to solve the problem completely.

    Based on the network planning model developed by the author for an overhaul project of a rolling mill production line in a heavy steel plant, an new multiobjective network planning model is proposed in this paper. The formulations of network time parameters are derived. The optimization problem of multiobjective network planning is also discussed. And it has been found out that the fractional single-objctive network is only one of the cases in this model.
