Abstract:In view of the observation data fuzziness and load pattern fuzziness,a new fuzzy regression prediction method was presented for long-term and medium-term load forecasting. With the established fuzzy regression model, the future load value can be forecasted based on the fuzzy historical observation data. The validity of the proposed method was verified with the numerical example of a practical system.

Abstract:A new Monte Carlo Method for system reliability evaluation is proposed in this paper. The repeated sampling of system states with relatively great probabilities is avoided in the simulation,thus the sampling efficiency is significantly improved. Besides,the negative correlations used in different trials can further reduce the estimated varinaces. The sparse matrix technique is employed to reduce the memory requirement and to save the computer time. Comparative studies show that the method proposed is of great value and the application to the IEEE reliability test system (power system) is successful.

Abstract:Analyzing the responses of three kinds of PLL-FM ways and their stabilities. The analyses have shown that the circuits of these PLL-FMs show Low-pass property in the input phase,and have different characteristics to modulation signals in accordance with different ways of PLL-FM.

Abstract:The angular frequency and decaying constant of each copmonect for the transient waveform in power systems were obtained by using the discrete Fourier transform; the amplitude and phase angle were calculated in the linear curve fitting method. And all of the parameters obtained above were treated in an unified optimization by using the curve fitting optimization of the least square method of general nonlinear funcrion so as to get the results of waveform analysis. At the same time, the general expression of loss rate of available energy was obtained for heat exchangers of several typical. Abstract:The design of ASIC (Application-specified Integrated Circuit) has been recently paid a lot of attention to by scholars. In this paper,investigation was made in some respects related with the design of the ASIC for Walsh-Hadamard transform (WHT). These respects include the desing of the dedicated algorithma and their SFGs(Signal Flow Graphs),the design of the VLSI array, bit-string computation, and variable-size function. At the end, resonable VLSI array architecture was presented for the WHT ASIC.

Abstract:A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band. The method was used in an application example to measure the spindle rotating precision of machine tools.
