    Abstract:
    A new type of measuring instrument which is used to measure lead errors of ballscrews has been developed. The principle of the inStrument,the system strucrure,the computer inter-face. The analyses of the instrument error and the experimental results are presented, The principleof comparing synchronous displacement is used to achieve absolute measurement. The errors correc-tion technique is adopted to correct the errors of the instrument so that the high measuring accuracycan be botained.

    阐明了区分氧化锌避雷器性能不降的原因,介绍了一种应用单片计算机和配套的软件系统构成的氧化锌避雷器阻性电流在线测试仪,通过实验室和现场测试结果表明:在信号采集、处理和抗电磁干扰能力方面具有优良的特性,且能较灵敏地反映阻性电流的高次谐波分量,同时,还介绍了一种只从氧化锌避雷器取信号测量阻性电流的新方法。

    Abstract:
    This paper discuas the controlling principle of asynchronized turbogenerators,deduces their mathematical model,and studies their regulating characteristics of real and reactive power(or voltage)by means of simulation calculation of operating characteristics for a 200MW asychronlzed turbogenerator.The conclusion is that the asychronlzed tubogenerators not only can regulate real and reactive power independently but also has an excellent dynamic performance.

    Abstract:
    提出了一个从啤酒厂主要副产物-废酵母泥中制备胞壁多糖的新工艺。该工艺主要包括自,机械破碎,碱溶,中和,沉淀等工序,碱溶工序的最佳工艺条件为:按5:1(碱液体积ML:酵终胞壁湿重g)比例加入2%的KOH溶液,煮沸浸提1.5h。在实验室规模下,在各工艺参数优化时,胞壁多糖得率为10%,相对纯度达83%,层析表明,组成胞壁多糖基本单位为甘露糖和葡萄糖。

    An control algorithm with goed robustness has been developed,based on the combination of poletassignment self- tuning control algorithm with robust estimation and control al-gorithms,while the input signal and process parameters are varied on a large scale. The design of controller based on presented algorithm is simple,with good robustness for parameter changes and a strong ability for overcoming determined disturbance.The simulating research results proved the ef-fectiveness of the pole- assienment self-tuning robust control algorithm.

    Abstract:
    Clectrochemial reaction occurred on Ni(OH)2/NiOOH electrode was studied with electrochemical method and ellipsometry with wavelength sweep.Cobalt was implanted intosurface of nickel with fonim plantation technology to improve charge efficiency of the electrode. With fitting ellipemetric experimental data,transformation model of the surface film was obtainedduring charge and discharge. Implantation of cobalt did not affect the model,but made charge effi-ciency be increased.

    利用矿相显微镜和与之配套使用的微型加载装置,对预制裂纹脆性材料的断裂特性进行了研究,得出了在单轴及双轴应力作用下K1-K1的变化关系:K1/Klc=8.67×10^-7(K1/Klc)^2-0.84K1/K1c+1.94×10^4和K1/K1c=1.56×10^-6(K1/K1c)^2-2.95K1/K1c+4.70×10^6,并与理论结果进行了对比,此外还得出了开裂角θ与裂纹倾角β的关系:θ=6

    In this paper,we make an attempt to study forced vibrations of the nth-order linear neutral delay differential equations with real constant coefficients. Sufficient and necessary conditions of the existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions for the equations are obtained by use of theory of Pourier series. Furthmore ,some brief and practical critiria are given.

    在高精度圆刻线机上,采用了新的高精度主轴转速数字锁相自调系统,设计了一种新型柱 面“蜂窝”透镜光刻系统。研制出刻划中径≤50mm,刻线数为32768线对的高密度计量圆光栅,最大直径误差≤0.6″,均匀性误差在5%以内。

    Abstract:
    In this paper,the preduction procedure of 8011H18 Aluminiufn alloy is designedby the means of orthogonal method. The production procedure exporiments were made according tothe designed procedure and the mechanical properties were tested. The changes of microstructure inproduction procedure were in vestigated with microscope. The optimal preduction procedure of8011H18 Aluminium alloy is developed,and the anti-theft cap material with fine deep drawing pro-cessabilivand low earing ration has been successfully produced. The earing ratio of the material de-creases from 5%to about 2%and the finished product ratio increases from 86%to about 96%,The mechanism of property improvement and caring ratio reduction of new production procedure has becn also discussed.

    论述了一种微机测量转矩和转速的原理与方法,利用微机的时钟脉冲研制出一种精度达微秒级的时种,用此时钟测量转矩的误差小于1%,测量转速的误差小于1‰;在实际应用中提出了解决现场信号不稳定的两种测量方法,即周期计数和定时截取的测量方法。

    Abstract:
    The progress of applying HSAB theory to leather chemistry was reviewed.The stability and the tanning property of hydroxo complexes and the dechroming from leather shavings were expounded according to the absolute hardness from density-fu nctional theory and the softness from the theory of the mutual perturbation of the frontier- controfled molecular orbitals,The concept of accumulative propery of hydroxo compounds was posed as well. Finally,the future in this field was looked into.
