Abstract:Load uncertainty in power system is regarded as stochastic variable or fuzzy number in this paper. The concept of possibility-probability consistency is used to transform fuzzy number to stochastic variable. And the concept of confidence nitervals is used to calculate steadystate security regions under various load confidence levels. So,steady-state security regions are elastic. At last,a compunctional result about IEEE-30 system is given.

Abstract:A fault location algorithm for transmission lines in circle network is presented.The algorithm uses local data. Its location accuracy is independent of power # flow, transient resistance and variation of remote system impedance. Simulation results are satisfactory.

Abstract:A shunt active power filiter(APF) used for harmonic treatment isintroduced in this paper. Basic circuit-theory and main configuration are analyzed. Control scheme and its realization are discussed. Computer simulation is used to verity theoretical analysis. It shows that APF is an interesting alternative for hasmonic treatment compared with conventional passive filter.

Abstract:First,in this paper, the fuzzy cycle matroids are constructed from fuzzy graphs and their properties are discussed;Then,the fuzzy isomorphism of fuzzy matroids is defined. On the basis of a careful discussion of the fuzzy inomorphic properties,we generalize fuzzy cycle matroids to define fuzzy graphic matroids; At last, with the help of a good-cycle concept of fuzzy cycle matroids,a necessary and sufficient condition for a fuzzy matrids to be a fuzzy graphic matroids is given.

Abstract:In this paper we prove existence theorem of upper bound constant of multiplier for ELSP and propose an easily programmable algorithm for solving the problem of determining lot size for n items to be produced on a single machine based on the existence theorem. We give some interesting examples to show the bound constant is useful. In some cases we can find optimal solution immediately with the bound constant and it is difficult to find a feasible solution without this bound constant.

Abstract:The common finite element method microcomputer software for simulation of the temperature field is developed by authors. It is used for calculating the temperature field duringthe mending process of iron casting defects by means of the dissolution-diffusion bonding technology. The correctness has been proved by testing results. This software has been used to analyse thecaused of hardness rising in heat effecting zone,and also find out the approach for solving the problem.

Abstract:The new process for semiting Ti-Si ferroalloy using Panzhihua Iron & Steel Company (PISC) blast furnace titaniferous slag is introduced. The reduction and impoverishment law of TiO2 in slag and the effects of DC on smelting Ti-Si ferroalloy are studied when smelting Ti-Si ferroalloy by electrosilicothermal method,Ti-Si ferroalloy containing about 20% Ti can be produced by electrosilicothermal method. and Ti recovery rate is less than 60 %. And then, electrosilicoaluminothermal method is developed, by which Ti-Si ferroalloy containing Ti more than 30% and Si less than 35 % can be produced, and Ti recovery rate is higher than 80%. Ti-Si ferroalloy can replace TiFe martially in steelmaking,and residue slag can be used to make cement.

Abstract:In this paper,the problems of feature and stability of the premixed flame are studied after Natural Gas / Oxgygen is changed by Natural Gas / Air containing rich oxygen in Electric Lamp Industry. The result shows that it is feasible that the mixture in which part of oxygen is steady by air containing rich oxygen and natural gas for premixing and combusting.

The optimization of mine-out areas' parameter is complex,that is seldom studied in the world,it includes coal-mining method, the choice of working areas' cquipments of machine-electricity,layoat of roadways in working areas and the choice of parameter. Through the amprehensive andlysis,erecting all kinds of costs which are divided into the economic mathematical model of the least costs per ton-of-coal,using 18 standards of synthesis and the result of calculating by computer,this thesis chooses the complex high-dipping mine-out areas'parameter which is optimized. It is based on the example of Zhong Liang Shan mine.

Abstract:Calculating generalized inverse of a matrix is a basic algorithm for inverstigating linear equations and optimization problems. In this paper we investigate the algorithm of generalized inversion of a matrix by using Orthogonalized Back-Propagation Algorithm (OBPA). There is no problem for convergence in OBPA. It is shown how OBPA avoids some of the difficulties posed by the Back-Propagation(BP)algorithm.
