    Abstract:
    According to the characteristic of contact and lubrication of double enveloping hourglass worm gearing,a simplified contact model that can simulate the lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect of this worm gearing is presented.A simulating test set is designed.The lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect is studied experimently by using this set.And the influences of rotation speed,loading speed and depth of oil pocket on the forming of lubrication film and loading ability between contact surfaces are analyzed.Some beneficial conclusions are obtained.

    The differnetial equation for three string pendulum in torsional oscillation is derived.Its nonlinear characters are studied.Exact solutions for the torsional oscillation equation and period are given.Influences of parameters (amptitude,length of string and diameter of disk) on period are discussed.Truncation of series expansion for exact solution reduces to the approximate solution.

    In order to solve the problem of the high frequency shiver,a novel fuzzy variable structure control approach is presented by combining the fuzzy control with the variable structure.The proposed approach is successfully applied to the generator excitation control.The digital simulation results show that the proposed approach is very effective.

    In the paper,the relationship between the structure parameters and P V characteristics and recirculation ratio of the burner are studied by the simulated experiment of a self recirculation burner.The optimum structure parameters of the burner are analysed and tested in the cases that the produced recirculation amaunt of optimal controlled NO x consumpting the lowest energy can be ensured.
