    Abstract:
    阐述了真空微电子触觉传感器的工作原理。采用半导体集成电路加工技术和硅微各向异性腐蚀及氧化锐化工艺,在电阻率为3~5Ω·cm的n型(100)硅片上制备了真空微电子触觉传感器的场致发射阴极锥尖阵列,锥尖密度达3900个/mm2,起始发射电压为2~3V,反向击穿电压大于30V,收集极在20V在电压时,单尖发射电流达0.2μA,实验结果表明这种真空微电子触觉传感器具有良好的触觉效应。

    Abstract:
    This paper describes an application of evolutionary programming (EP) to economic dispatch with valve point loading.Some technical problems (representations of candidate solutions,evaluation function,mutation operator) have been solved to expand the applica be prospects of the computatimal methods of economic dispatch.The proposal method is applied to a 6 bus 3 generator system and compared with the genetic algorithm(GA).Numerical results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    Based on the kinematic and kinetic characteristics, the friction model of a metal pushing V(belt continuously variable transmission (CVT) is established in this paper. The relation between applied forces and speed ratio as well as transmitted torque is analysed. The coputational formulas on the tension forces of steel ring and compression forces between metal blocks are derived. The theoretical bases for designing a metal pushing V belt CVT equipment and its control system are provided.

    Two main approaches are used in qualitative diagnostic reasoning.These approaches are the first principle approach and the heuristic knowledge approach.Systems based on the first one can handle hard problems and new situation.On the other hand,systems based on the second perform diagnostic tasks faster but can deal only with the most common problem cases.This paper provides a model using both the deep and shallow knowledges, and presents some algorithms.

    Abstract:
    A theoretical analysis of the Resonant DC Base High Frequency Inverter is given. A optimal control scheme for the short circuit current of the resonant inductor is proposed. The system parameters,output current,output voltage and characteristics of the Resonant DC Base in this scheme are analysed. In the theoretical analysis the load is supposed as a resistor to void the calculating error while the load is treated as a constant current source. The analysis and test result have proved that the optimal parameters of the Resonant DC are only determined by the load resistance and the output frequency.

    Abstract:
    A new method for evaluation of transversal economic benefits is researched by fuzzy neural networks, BP algorithm is used to learn the connection weights of the fuzzy neural networks and partitions of fuzzy subsets. It has been shown by the modeling and evaluating results about the economic benefit index system of ten enterprises that the method has reinforcement learning properties and universalized capabilities. with respect to modeling and evaluating of nonlinear systems which have some uncertainties, the method is available.

    The problem that the internal electrical interference is nuavoidable for differential coil in measuring fast high current impulse is discussed.The shielded differential coil which has a chink in the middle of its shield can reduce this interference,and that the signal to noise ratio of the differential measurement is 27 shows the anti interference efficiency of this coil.Furthermore,the double differential coil which use the differential balanced technique to resisting the interference make the signal to noise ratio of the differential mearsurement be 57.

    Based on the theory of conjugate surface and computer graphics, a solid modeling method of hourglass worm gearing is presented. Assembly simulation of worm gearing is carried out, clearance and interference between meshing tooth surfaces are analyzed, and effects of machining and modification of assembling parameters on meshing and contact between tooth surfaces are investigated.

    This paper has simulated numerically the 2D temperature field and stress field of main circle pump shell steel castings of nuclear power plant by finite element method,predicts the dispersed shrinkage,shrindage and hot hearing.The real dissecting pouring castings had the same results as the numerical simulation.At the same time the authors evaluat the molding design of the pump shell castings.
