Abstract:The minimum number of teeth of double involute gear to avoid undercutting is studied in transverse plane. The study is carried out by combining the pointing with the minimum number of teeth to avoid undercutting. In case of longer height coefficient or larger pressure angle than the common involute gear,it is pointed that the undercutting of root of the gear and pointing can be avoided at the same time for the double involute gear .

Abstract:In this paper,we consider the gated service polling system and the limited service polling system for non symmetrical stations with Bernoulli feedback,give the distributions and the first moments of queue lengths and some other results.

Abstract:Based on the fractal theory,the fractal dimension of the decision making mapping model for manufacturing by using the experimental data is studied.In modelling the decision making mapping of the intermittent cutting process,the approach for modelling mapping models by the fractal theory and the fractal dimension of the models are discussed.

Abstract:A dynamic explicit finite element method is used to pipe bend forming processes on bender in this paper.The degenerated shell element and co-rotational coordinate system are employed.The material of pipe is assumed to satisfy Hill's anisotropic elasto-plastic yield condition.The bend die and press die are assumed as rigid surfaces and the contact force is computed by penalty method.Several numerical examples are given.They show that this method is effective.

Abstract:The transport equation and numeric simulation equation of gas migration in compressible coal seam with dual pore have been built up. The distribution curves of gas pressure in coal seam and the attenuation curves of coal or drilling hole wall have been obtained according to solution of numeric simulation and similar theory.

Abstract:In this paper,we derive the necessary extension to the FD TD(finite difference time domain) method for absorbing coating of composite material.The scattering of electromagnetic waves(EW) from absorbing coating is considered,and the comparision of obtained results with exact analytic ones shows that the method used in this paper is correct and available.

Abstract:In accordance with the present situation that there is a lack of deeper investigation of active vibration control of rigid flexible coupled structures with rotating rigid base,the significance of the buildup of experiment system is emphasized,and every component and its function of the experiment system is introduced in detail.The experimental setup has been finished so as to make rigid base rotate within some range at some different angular speed in the state of air bearing.

Abstract:With the aid of the Lax Niouver transformation,the exact travelling wave solutions and the asymptotic travelling wave solutions of the KdV Burgers Equation are obtained.Furthermore,the series solutions are constructed with the Adomian integration.The relations of the travelling wave solutions between the KdV Burgers equation and the RLW Burgers equation are found.Moreover,a class of known exact solutions of the KdV Burgers equation are analysed.

Abstract:Basing on the combing the Equivalent Differential Increment Theory(EDIT) with the Equivalent Polyhedron Method(EPM),the optimum real time economical adjustment of regulating peak load for each boiler about power plant is presented. The results are applying in the site and the economical benefit is increased obviously. The method is simply,and cuts the time.

Abstract:A kinetic property of acidulation process of waste product of iron pyrite is studied, kinetic data of acidulation process are measured.The chemical kinetic equation of the process is established on the result of experiment.The activation energy of the reaction is determined as 51.755 kJ/mol. The result of examination for kinetic model with F test showing : the reliability of reaction kinetic model is more than 99%.

Abstract:The establishment of basic equation of good profile and its optimization algorithm are discussed in this paper.As an example,the optimization technique of cold rolling aluminium sheet is developed using good profile as the optimizing object.

Abstract:By using TEM,X diffraction and chemical analysis methods,the change of microstructure and properties of Nb V bearing microalloyed steels during different controlled rolling and controlled cooling.The results show that the fine mechanial properties are attributed to strengthening and toughening of ferrite grain refinement and precipitation strengthening of Nb(CN) and V(CN).

Abstract:利用矩阵Ｍｏｏｒｅ－Ｐｅｎｒｏｓｅ逆的方法，提出了一种新型的前馈多层神经网络学习算法－ＭＢＰ算法。该算法采用了群体搜索的策略，打破了ＢＰ算法一次一点的搜索方式，一次可搜索权空间中的一个超平面，仿真结果表明，该算法在提高收敛速度和避免陷入局部极小点方面都有一定的进展。

Abstract:构造了用于图象压缩的满足完全重构条件，具有线性相位的不等长小波滤波器组，即在小波分解时，其高通滤波器很短，而低通滤波器相对较长，这样，在滤波器等效总长度较短的前提下，获得了在基函数与实际波形较好地匹配。对比实验表明，所构造的滤波器性能不低于现有的滤波器，且由于滤波器总长度短，小波分解与重构所需的时间也比现有滤波器短。
