  • 1  A Description for Pseudoelasticity and Shape Memory Effect of SMA

    Abstract:
    Pseudoelasticity and shape memory effect(SME) are the most fundamental properties of shape memory alloys (SMAs), which can be attributed to the combination of the individual property of each phase of SMAs that are dynamically composed of austenite and martensite. Based on the theory of mixture, a constitutive model is proposed, in which, the behavior of austenite is further assumed to be linear elastic while that of martensite elastoplastic. The behavior of SMA under different temperature is described and compared with experimental observation. Compared with the existing model, the proposed model is simple, physically distinct and can easily be applied in practical engineering problems.

    Abstract:
    Under the condition that normal stress and shear stress are coupled in constitutive equations,a set of displacements which depend on geometric and physical properties of a thin wall rod is specially designated to minimize the coupling of basic deformations in control equations,and general forms to describe self balance system of internal forces are proposed with the model given by the present paper.

    Abstract:
    The punching technology of thin wall pipe with arc shaped end is described.The geometric parameters of the punch are also analyzed by vector analysis method.By minimizing the deformative force,the formula on how to calculate the parameters is derived.The result is proved to be correct by actual experiment.

    Abstract:
    A new analysis method for machining surface profile error is presented in this paper.The linear regression and nonlinear regression are first applied respectively,and then the Weierstrass Mandebrot fractal function is used to obtain the fractal parameters of machining profiles.A minimal parameter set which depicts the machining surface geometric precision is set up,and the surface profile can be reconstructed using these parameters,and an analysis method for part performance and its tolerance structure is proposed.Examples are provided to illustrate the method is feasible and effective.

    For requirements of suppressing harmonics on the dc side of HVDC system,a new hybrid filtering system a shunt passive and a small rated reactor transformer coupling series active filter is presented,and the harmonic compensation and control principles are discussed theoretically in this paper.Digital simulation results show excellent filtering characteristics of harmonic current and very high performance/cost by using a new hybrid filtering system proposed int this paper.

    Combined image method with heat source function method,heat conduction due to moving heat sources is analysed in semi infinite body and cylinder with heat exchanging on its surface.The distribution of temperature is obtained when the wall temperature is constant and the wall heat flux is zero.The result is useful for engineering calculation.

    Abstract:
    以狗为实验动物,在保持脾静脉压基本不变的情况下,采用对脾动脉加注压积与脾动脉血基本相同的自体血来增加流量的方法,研究增加脾动脉流量对脾红细胞储存的影响。实验结果表明,当脾动脉流量增加时,脾的体积增大,脾内血球压积增加,储存的红细胞增多。在此基础上,根据脾循环的特点,提出了脾循环的并联流动模型,应用该模型,就动脉流量增加使脾储存红细胞增多的机理进行了探讨。

    用FT-IR、XRD、SEM等分析手段对固体超强酸SO4^2-/ZrO2的形成过程进行了研究,用FT-IR差谱法直接证实了ZrO2-SO4^2-间化学键的生成,XRD分析证实焙烧温度对SO4^2-/ZrO2超强酸性能影响最大,体系在ZrO2呈四方晶型时超强酸强度最高,SEM分析表明经SO4^2-处理后,ZrO2表面形貌发生了显著变化,将该催化剂用于马来酸二丁酯的酯化合成,其催化活性与催化剂表面分析

    Abstract:
    通过对攀钢4号高炉富氧条件下煤粉在风口回旋区内的燃烧率的数学模拟研究可知:在攀钢4号高炉入炉焦比580kg/t,风温1050℃等生产条件下,当喷煤量超过155kg/t,风中富氧率高于2%,才能使高炉顺行。如果风中富氧低于4%,吨铁最大喷煤量为175kg/t。当喷煤量超过210kg/t,风中富氧率即使达到10%,也不能满足高炉最佳热状态,将造成未燃煤粉量过高,导致高炉不顺。

    Abstract:
    Ab initio calculation method and static theory are employed to study crosslinking mechanism of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Reaction trends of thermal crosslinking and crosslinked structures of PPS are discussed with the ab initio calculation results of PPS model and probable free radical models. And it is proved that oxygen plays an important role in the crosslinking reactions.

    The heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of 1 bromododecane from ROH and HBr is studied . The experiment is carried out with 717 anion exchange resin as catalyst . The factors which affected the reaction such as reacting time , ratio of ROH:HBr and the amount of catalyst applied are investigated and discussed . The appropriate reacting condition for this synthesis is put forward in this paper.

    The stiffness of the tooth with different profile parameters,meshing stiffness and the coefficients of loading distribution allowing for no error are calculated and analyzed on double involute gear with ladder shape teeth for the first time,and the results are made comparison with traditional involute gear;The stiffness of the double involute gear and the meshing stiffness are both increased,and the coefficients of loading distribution are basically unchanged.The energy integration method is also put forth to solve stiffness approximately by linear approximating the tooth profile curve.
